GMO. Not real food?

I am beyond frustrated that the 15 bags of salad I ordered expired the same day I picked them up. The fundraiser I purchased them for was 3 days after my pickup date. I live an hour away and it would cost me more to drive down than it would for a refund. My phone call was never returned by a manager. It sucked to discover the lettuce was out of date at 8pm the night before the event. I would rather spend more at HEB, that’s where I ended up anyways.

Check the expiration at curbside

The Garden Salad is a nice mixture of Iceberg Lettuce, cut into bite sizes pieces, along with shredded carrots and red cabbage that adds color and texture.  A quick salad on its own or use as a base to any salad mixture.  At our house I add shredded radish, cucumber slices and tomatoes. 
If you don't use the entire bag, make it airtight and it will stay fresh for 2 to 3 days.
We use it at our dinner table 3 to 4 nights a week.
