[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge replaced a previous Samsung fridge. This one makes no compressor noise, and keeps everything at the desired temp. I did not think I would use a the ice features but I run the freezer ice until the trays are half full then turn it off. This works well for me as I am not a big of ice but I do use the door ice for small drinks. I love the adaptability of this fridge but miss the fold up shelf in my prior fridge.

I deliberately tried to put fingerprints and streak the surface. I was not able to do so. I like the couple inches of added depth all while still fitting in the frig slot for our house. The setup was very quick and easy. I like how quickly things cool once you put them in the refrigerator. Even though we do not use the lower ice maker storage, instead using it for even more storage, it is a great feature to have an upper and lower ice storage. couple other great features is the bright lighting. Easy to see all around frig. Also, the best of all is the 2 minute alarm that goes off if you happen to not close the door completely. A great feature with kids in the house!

We tend to have differant needs for space with the seasons and this fridge can easily accommodate larger items or many small items. The three different ice makers ensures that we are always stocked on ice, especially when entering company.

The stainless steel finish looks great in our kitchen, and I love that it doesn't show fingerprints easily—perfect for a busy family. The four different types of ice it makes are a surprisingly awesome feature. The extra 5 cubic feet I got in this item is noticeable, as I’ve not been able to fill this to capacity yet with 2 kids (getting close though). Liquids at the top left next to the ice maker will tend to freeze, so that is something to note and get used to, but you get over it. All in all, I’m happy with this purchase.

Cooling is fast and effective, looks are great and even qualified for the rebates through utility provider. I love the app connectivity too. I can change the temp of the fridge and/or freezer even on the go using SmartThings app. Even show how much power was consumed - thats super nice. Attaching snashot of the app for reference. Only con I can think of is that I opted for one of the biggest ones (31 cu ft) from capacity standpoint and honestly it didnt feel all that big, if at all, when compared to the other non-samsung branded 27 cu ft fridge. Outside of the this, I think I am pretty happy with the purchase and totally recommend this to friends & family

We bought this refrigerator in 2020. It is the WORST refrigerator I have ever owned. We had to call a repair man within the first 6 months because the ice maker kept freezing up and would stop making ice. I never write bad reviews, but I am so fed up with this refrigerator and don't want anyone else to purchase one. The ice maker freezes up every week or two and has been for the past few years. We have to take a hair dryer to it all the time to melt the ice to get the huge chucks to come out so that it will make ice again. DO NOT EVER BUT THIS BRAND OF REFRIGERATORS.

The shelves are easy to adjust and very spacious. The door shelves are convenient and accommodate big containers. Freezer space is large and easy to access. Convenient water and ice on door help to avoid opening fridge. The variety of ice is also a big plus. No more finger prints. Loaded on Smart Things App and now I get notified if it is left open and have access to temp. A perfect addition to our kitchen.

The new Samsung refrigerator has much more space than in our old one, and this new one we reach the back with so much space . The water and ice dispenser is great and the ice comes from two places (the second one dispenses ice in the freezer). The freezer also has plenty of space to store frozen items.
