[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am pleased with this fridge. I love the feature of the 4 kind of ice available. There are 2 where the water dispenses and there is a pull out in the freezer where there is a cube size and a smaller cube size. Those are my favorite ice. I wish the Water dispenser area was a little bit taller and had a grip to keep the glass or bottle secure.

This item has malfunctioned within 3 months of purchase. It is ridiculous what the buyer has to do to get a service technician scheduled. Customer service reps are doing the best they can BUT make you do the same thing (reset power, video call, pictures) over& over!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great refrigerator! I set the temperature to 34 degrees and it maintains that temperature also there is a lot of room for everything. Lots of in door space, very bright lighting and it has three ice makers wow!

We had a Samsung refrigerator for 15 years before we moved and had liked it. When we moved into our new house we decided to use the same brand as the other appliances. We had trouble for many months with the ice maker stopping and starting. We love our new Samsung Refrigerator!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There are so many great features I love about this refrigerator. First it makes 3 kinds of ice continually. One in the door dispenser and two in the drawer freezer. We never run out. The shelves are more adjustable then some we looked at. The doors hold a lot of items. We have had this fridge for over a year now with no issues with the ice makers. It's easy to change the water filter. I only gave it 4 stars because the left door doesn't always close. But at least it beeps to let you know it didn't close. Also it won't left you turn the freezer more than 5° above 0. Ice cream is hard to scoop. The last thing is it seems to dent easily. We already have lots of dents at the bottom but that seems to be the way stainless steel is. I also have dents on my dishwasher and stove. Other than that it's been a great fridge.

Nice refrigerator. It has ruined my new flooring by leaking constantly from the back or underneath. Every few months the water shoots out the back of the ice maker and stands on the floor until it finally runs out from under the front as we can see it. Wish I had never purchased it !

With 3 different ice choices this refrigerator is awesome. The 31 cubic feet has more than enough storage for everything we need With 16 grandchildren it was our perfect option

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this fridge for about 4 months now and haven’t had any issues. I love all of the ice that it makes and there is tons of room. My only complaint is that it is a little loud when dispensing the ice.

Woke up this morning after 9 months of use to the smell of smoke/chemicals coming from inside. Doesn’t last, scratches VERY easily and the fridge interior layout is awful. Oh yeah, and if you spill anything on the bottom shelf, you don’t be able to take it off to clean it up. :) OH and I tried multiple times to connect the fridge to SmartThings app and it never could (I got my Samsung microwave and oven to connect easily).
