[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had my Mega Capacity 26-cu ft 3 -Door 36-in Wide refrigerator now for a number of months and it is above expectations. The only down side and the reason for 4 stars is the in door ice maker. I don’t use a lot of ice and the ice in the door clumps up and the auger mechanisms is not strong enough to break it up. I use one of the freezer ice makers

So easy and intuitive, slides, doors, cabinets, everything is thoughtfully designed for ease and efficiency. Going from this layout from my other side-by-side refrigerator, is night and day as far as capacity goes. I had more room in the refrigerator itself, and the freezer drawer, even with the ice dispensers still have me both more room and better organization. Quickly upon installation, the refrigerator cooling was impressive. I absolutely LOVE this refrigerator.

"Buyer Beware" of buying a Samsung refrigerator, the ice make is the worst! It freezes up in big clumps of ice and you have to defrost it to get it to make ice again. If you google Samsung Ice makers not working, you"ll see what I mean. I had Samsung repairman come out and he told me even if I purchased a new ice maker ($250.00) machine it would do the same thing so I had to suck up the cost of buying that Samsung! Im going to sell it and let the byer know about the ice maker. I ended up buying an LG Refrirator and its awesome!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 3 years of use and still as new, a bit of wear and tear inside on one of the shelf but the rest is a new and great performance. Love the freezer drawer and finger print resistant. Very easy to clean the inside of the fridge too.

We get alerted if the kids leave the fridge open which helps our efficiency. The shelves have great versatility to suit your specific needs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The bottom of the freezer is amazing! The ice makers make a ton of ice for any day without a weird smell. It cools food in an hour! Its efficient in the way it doesn't make your power bills go up! I would definitely recommend it for everyone!

The efficiency of making 4 different ice cube style was the reason we bought it. Although it took a little while for dispensing of ice it was worth the wait.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am pleased with this fridge. I love the feature of the 4 kind of ice available. There are 2 where the water dispenses and there is a pull out in the freezer where there is a cube size and a smaller cube size. Those are my favorite ice. I wish the Water dispenser area was a little bit taller and had a grip to keep the glass or bottle secure.

After ordering this refrigerator November 02, 2024, now today February 26,2026, we are experiencing cooling issues with the freezer and the refrigerator part. The freezer is set on 0 degrees F and is reading 32 degrees, the refrigerator is set to 32 degrees F and is reading 46 degrees F. We didn't notice at first until I got food poisoning from spoiled food, along with losing hundreds of dollars of food, I was also out of work for 2 days because of this. Debating on seeing if Samsung will fix the issue or just trashing the refrigerator after reading all the horror stories on the repair wait times and hassles of getting it repaired! Also, both ice makers stopped working about a month ago so I should have known something was about to happen!
