The test is very easy to take and results are quick. What would make this test even better is more options if that's even possible. Perhaps, a vitamin D test?

I've really enjoyed using these. I've learned I'm chronically dehydrated, but I'm pretty good on my other areas! Definitely a good indicator on where I need to improve.

This is a great first step to taking your health seriously. I'm not a fan of going to the doctor unless something is seriously wrong. This is helping me with balancing my diet and making sure I'm doing what my body meeds and not what the stereotypical person needs. My body is different and I need to treat it as such.

Brought 92 yo mother to emergency room at hospital because the test showed low sodium and magnesium. All of her tests were normal at hospital.

While this may test several things, the packaging is incorrect and protein is no longer tested. You will get 8 instead of 9 results.

Really not very accurate at all. Various parameters were really low and then came back perfect within the same day. Certainly wouldn’t trust the results.
