Vivoo Urine Test Strips – My Experience

I’ve been using Vivoo urine test strips to track hydration, mineral levels, and pH balance for about a month now, pnce a week. The process is simple, quick and im loving having knowledge to empower my personal jealth choices. What I Learned ✔ I wasn’t drinking enough water. Even when I thought I was hydrated, Vivoo showed otherwise. Adding lemon and Baja Gold salt helped improve this. ✔ Electrolytes matter. My calcium and magnesium were low, and my sodium dropped too much after increasing water intake. Adjusting my supplements improved my results. ✔ pH stays acidic without dietary changes. More alkaline-forming foods helped but took time to show results. ✔ Tracking trends is key. One test means little—watching patterns over time is what makes Vivoo useful. Pros & Cons ✅ Pros: Easy to use, clear results Encourages better hydration & mineral balance Real-time feedback for small adjustments ⚠ Cons: Single tests fluctuate—trends matter more Hydration readings can vary based on timing pH balance takes time to improve Final Verdict: Worth It? Yes—if you want a simple way to track hydration, minerals, and pH and see how small changes affect your body. It’s not a medical test, but it’s a great accountability tool for fine-tuning daily habits. I'm about to make my second order of strips from Sam's Club.

Great first step

This is a great first step to taking your health seriously. I'm not a fan of going to the doctor unless something is seriously wrong. This is helping me with balancing my diet and making sure I'm doing what my body meeds and not what the stereotypical person needs. My body is different and I need to treat it as such.

It was an impulse buy and...

I'm glad I picked this up at Sam's Club. The main reason I purchased it was because I was interested in whether or not I was getting enough water since I'd recently upped my intake and changed my diet. It gave me a score of 10/10 for Water and classified it as "Optimal". It also scored several other things I'd not thought about. In particular, my calcium level. It was only a 5/10. I was given nine items of advice, one was a praise for my water level. Another was a suggestion for adding calcium to my diet. Still another a suggestion to add a food to my weekly diet to help lower my slightly acidic rating. The other six advice items were not specific to any of my results but for general overall wellness. The app can apparently be connected to Apple Health. I plan to re-test in a month and see if anything changes.

Not Accurate

Brought 92 yo mother to emergency room at hospital because the test showed low sodium and magnesium. All of her tests were normal at hospital.

Bait and switch. Doesn't test for protein.

On the package it says it tests for protein in the urine which for me is why I bought it but that's not the case. You don't even find this out until using the first strip and looking at the results. That's when you notice protein is not a result. Come to find out testing for protein is a different test strip and costs more. Contacted the company and their reply was "we had old packaging we had to use. We no longer support testing for protein with these strips. At this time we can't give you a refund." Pretty much bait and switch.

Faulty app...don't waste your $

Download the app that's needed to interpret product test results. You have to register for an account, which I was unable to do due to some glitch in the app. I tried registering several times. It alway said something like "too many people were registering at this time and was unable to create my account". I returned product w/o ever using it.

Not helpful

Besides the false advertising of testing for protein when it actually doesn't, the diet ‘help' is a joke. My urine showed high levels of magnesium and low levels of sodium. Their ‘helpful' suggestions? They provided me with foods to increase my magnesium intake and ways to lower my sodium intake.

I did not find it to be accurate

Honestly, I did not find it to be very accurate for testing ketosis. I currently use the strips. They are much more accurate than this particular test, which supposedly is just as accurate.

Deceptive

In store packaging shows that it tests protein - when you take it out of the package the strips do not test for protein and it's not on the app. Deceptive.
