The picture quality is great and looks better than the AU8000 model and seems like the perfect mid market TV for someone who does not want to spend $3k on a TV. A big part of my decision to purchase this TV was that it has multi view which allows me to be able to split my screen between Samsung OS (Tizen I think it's called) and also another HDMI port (in my case I use Apple TV). I launch the YouTube TV app in both Samsung OS and Apple TV so I can watch 2 sports games at once. Super cool! The QLED looks solid too. Best picture quality I have had in a TV. Stand is cool too

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product was so great as it looks as light as feather. The design makes the image float in My living room. Meanwhile, the display was great as the QLED technology give the TV a great experience. The display is refined to detail with an optional 120 fps, great for gaming. I mostly used for fps and driving game. Additional, the system is easy to use as shortcut is obvious. The only downside is I have to click 8 times from main menu to setting without a short cut.

There are times when the screen is too dark, but I'm sure that can be fixed with tweaking the settings a bit. overall I don't have any major complaints so ill give it a 8 out of 10.

I try playing switch on this tv and it just keeps having problems and going black screen randomly saying it doesn't recognize the device, i then use the same stuff on my old tv and have no problems at all with same cords and everything. For the price id expect my game console to play immaculately on this tv but they just don't.

We mostly use streaming services, but we also enjoy having the Ambient mode to add relaxation, art, and atmosphere to our living space. The quality of the sound also exceeded our expectations. I moved up from a 55" curved Samsung 4K to the 75" Samsung 4K to capture college football games at its finest. I split the screen into 8 channels and can effortlessly move from game to game, click to enlarge to full screen and then back to 8 different channels. Absolutely love this TV, I have been a loyal Samsung owner for years and this TV does NOT disappoint. Love it
