Customer reviews for SAMSUNG 65" Class Q7-Series 4K Ultra HD Smart QLED TV QN65Q7DAAFXZA forGreat Picture Quality
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this TV to replace one that got fried from a power surge throught my coax cable and, when they say things happen for a reason, the purchase of this TV was it. The picture and sound quality are great, especially when coupled with the Tizen Smart TV system and all of the apps that it offers. It's easy to navigate between apps via the solar powered remote. If you watch sports that are broadcast in 4K, you will feel like you are there. Movies come in great, although I would make sure you create a theater like setting and keep glare to a minimum.
Great quality, great picture, poor sound
I am about a month in with this TV so far. Samsung is really starting to get it right. The connectivity options are fantastic, the picture is great and the streaming services work very well. I would like to see the Tizen software updated to have a more friendly user interface. Have a look at what others are doing with their user interface (Google TV, chromecast, AppleTV, Roku etc.) to have a more integrated experience. It is also quite evident that the Smart TV apps are slower to update/upgrade than other platforms. I use a Google TV dongle to run my television instead of the Tizen features about 85% of the time as the result of the apps being more pleasing to use and the AI features about what I am watching across platforms is much more appealing within the Google TV platform. I should note I don not have a cable subscription service so it is likely more noticeable for me than most. Sound is an issue and cords are an issue. I do not want cords hanging from my wall and do not want to mount a soundbar on my fireplace to ruin the pleasingly smooth aesthetic I currently have. It would be nice if Samsung wither made more powerful sounding speakers in the TV or a nice suite of wireless speakers that can enhance the sound. Picture on the TV is beautiful and crisp. I also wish there were more 60 inch options for televisions.
Hi natrlyst, thanks so much for your kind words! We sincerely appreciate your feedback and will share this with our team. We hope you enjoy many years of great entertainment with your Samsung TV!
Love it but...
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So this tv was my fav until I moved it from where it was set up originally. Its very heavy and the stand is not very strong. So I had to buy a long enough and strong enough table to put it on. We had it mounted but it was pulling out of the concrete walls anytime moved it. The speaker systems also hooked up to the TV. And most of the time sounded play some speakers in the living room however recently I've been doing with them playing from the television for some reason and I have to go into the settings and change all the settings again again in order to get back to Surround sound. I do like the size of it however I feel like it's way too big for a lot of spaces I wouldn't try to stick it into a concrete wall over again because concrete deteriorating crumbles maybe I would if it was a hard one died I was sticking it in but for now I just went and bought a table that is a primer and also long enough and wide enough that it doesn't make me too confident instability so I like to keep it in a corner.
An amazing upgrade
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this tv about a year ago as an upgrade...love it. It is slim and lightweight and the set up was easy. The picture quality for gaming is amazing...using an Xbox series x and have the 4k and game mode setup and man games are beautiful. Watching YouTube and movies is an experience and easy to watch for hours. Downside...to many pre installed apps and features I wish I can removed...not the easiest to get new apps...but otherwise such an amazing tv.
This is progress
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this TV to replace my 10 year old Samsung 3D TV. I use my TV for music, movies, sports and games. My friends and I both think that my old TV has a better picture. That TV pushed 240hz refresh rate.. crystal clear, even when something is moving fast across the screen. Although several websites said this TV did 240hz, It did not, only 120hz at best. Even worse 60hz while watching it in 4k. The menu is flat, boring, and hard to navigate. It skips back to square one every time you hit the back button. The very limited apps are in a straight line where scrolling takes longer than ever. Smart things needs to be able to connect with smart things. I should be able to adjust everything with an administrative login page on my phone or tablet without cutting completely out of the picture and sound that is being adjusted. When you set up a Samsung surround sound system in the ARC port it should Work correctly. My TV has forgotten how to control the stereo several times. The TV should be an extension of my phone and vice versa. If it wasn't for the Google Assistant, nothing would connect. Bixby would rather search for some irrelevant thing on the Web then play a movie from an app on the screen. My old remote had a back light on it and the buttons lit up, I loved that thing. Voice activation on this needs to work if that is the main improvement. I loved my old TV, I thought this new one would blow me away. Now I just ask myself if this is progress?

Is an amazing product overall highly recommend
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my samsung tv to play video games and to watch tv, mostly sports and its amazing quality to play video games on, my fps and view of the games its always on point. It has amazing features so I can watch youtube and netflix on there. I always am watching youtube and listening to music so it is very nice to have around. When I'm playing any videogames it has top tier sound and I can hear so clearly where people are coming from or just to hear them talk. I highly recommend getting this tv and others of this brand as well.
My product is awsome
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my Samsung for lots of movies to entertain with and you tube so I can see how to build things. Is so easy-to-use and as clear as water. For a retirement at 62 this was my gift to me. I play a lot of games to and I like how it can be adjusted to my satisfaction. I own only Samsung products my next goal is for the biggest galaxy entertainment product on the market. I like a man that if you have a Ford vehicle then all my vehicles are Ford and not just because of it being a Ford its always because of performance like galaxy produces.
Great picture!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my TV primarily for streaming and gaming. The picture is incredible and my XBox games play perfectly on it. Also, the TV integrates perfectly with my Samsung soundbar. Very happy with my purchase.
Samsung TV
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Gaming it's great for I can see everything that I like seeing on playing call of duty games it brings in alot of detail and does really well with things like assassin creed valhalla and I also use it watch movies and tv shows on Netflix and Hulu
Great for gaming and Netflix
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using this TV for about a year, and I like it a lot. It's not as expensive as LED, yet has a great picture quality with little to no ghosting in Gaming mode, bright colors, local dimming feature, which makes blacks truly black, and has a great value overall. Built in sound quality is also surprisingly decent. I would definitely recommend it for gamers and for streaming.
