My disappointment is predominately the interface to features and the lacking function of the remote. The remote handles most functions well. It does not provide the ability to select the channel line-up menu when viewing the cable stream nor is it able to change channels, etc. To switch between viewing "sources" ... from the cable-TV controller to Samsung Plus, Discovery+, Prime Video, etc. is not a simple task.

Once I tinker with the settings i can get the perfect soap opera effect for my pictures (yes i prefer it) the sound could be better, but its not that bad. I was hoping for local dimming, but u can get some dimming with select features like color tone, intelligent mode. I love how samsung gives you so many free tv channels as well as numerous movies for free. This TV is great and being how im addicted to tech im already looking to upgrade and put this TV in my kids room.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great overall TV. Installation was easy, TV was only 46 lbs. Setup with WiFi was quick and mobile app allows control from iPhone. Features are easy to access from the very simple remote control. Remote control is solar powered so no batteries required, very nice. Turn on time is very fast, no waiting for picture or sound. Picture is bright and clear.

Most of the television usage is for streaming shows and movies, otherwise it used for gaming purposes. This is the best picture quality television we've owned so if we watch television in another room there's definitely a quite noticeable difference! Our plan is to upgrade all the televisions in our home.

This TV, it doesn't happen (atleast not so far), the picture quality is even better than what we usually expect from Samsung and that's saying a lot. It is so easy to use/ navigate. The sleek design, smooth edges and the AMAZING sound that you have come to expect from Samsung is all in this beautiful TV. I would recommend if you are in the market for a TV, definitely go with Samsung.
