I ve been using them for years the display on this tv is amazing everyday I watch YouTube and other streaming app on this TV I m very satisfied with picture quality I had visitors home who keep asking me about if samsung tv are all amazing like this one of course my answer is they re developing their tvs every years so I would highly recommend this tv to everyone who is looking for a high picture and video quality.

The only problem I ran into is connectivity on both Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, SmartThings app. Sometimes the network is unavailable even though the rest of my devices are connected to the network and internet. Additionally, the audio will sometimes mute itself and I'm not sure if it's somehow related to the Bluetooth issue. I only have headphones connected to Bluetooth and it is rarely actively connected to the TV.

The TV specs are good with good image and value. However, I had to do couple exchanges as my 65" unit had multiple dead pixels. About 7 or 8 of them and some dirt or lint stuck inside the panel. Finally, my current unit is passable. Still has 3 dead pixels but way better than the previous units. I have owned multiple Samsung products, however, I am disappointed with the quality of this TV.

I have a Bluetooth sound bar that's connected to my TV but an additional speaker isn't necessary. I only use it for streaming apps or watching YouTube and no matter the app I use, the picture is fantastic.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my TV for gaming and movies. Gaming mode is excellent for the model and the 120kH refresh rate at 4K is very nice! Multi-window view is great to have for multitasking. The customization options are plentiful and available apps is a plus. Voice control via the remote and other home smart units make use easy when busy with life.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a good TV for mixed usage. It's more suitable for darker rooms as it can't get very bright to overcome glare. It has a low input lag that makes it very responsive, but unfortunately, you have to sit straight in front to enjoy the most accurate image due to the poor viewing angles, as is expected of most VA panels.

Most are of movies that I know and love. This is the first TV that actually replicates the theatre experience. I love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this TV as a Christmas gift for myself. I did a lot of research and I decided that this would be a great value for my money. I have not been disappointed in the quality of the TV. The picture is clear and detailed and is quite amazing, especially for watching movies. I also bought a Samsung soundbar which makes everything sound awesome. The main issue I have with it is the remote control. I hate it. It is difficult to use and way more complicated than I have the patience for. I have also had difficulty connecting / using an antenna and figuring out how to cast from my phone / computer / chromebook. That's probably a "me" issue and not an issue with the tv but an easier interface for less tech savvy people would be welcome. Overall, I would highly recommend the Samsung QLED. It is a huge step up from my plasma TV and the details are great. It is exactly what I wanted for my living room viewing!
