I used the smart things app to connect and set up the TV, it was really easy to connect to all my accounts and connect it to WIFI. Picture quality is definetly superior to my old LED 4k TV. Tv looks stylish and is very thin for a low profile sleek look. Even looks nice when turned off. The remote is an upgrade from my old Samsung remote as well, intuitive software makes using apps and new features very easy. Having Alexa and google built in was great and worked well with both. I personally use Alexa more and connected it my other devices. Cycled through several 4k videos to test it out, the sharp pictures and smooth refresh rate looked great. Overall, very happy with this purchase.

The sound comes out booming.... The only thing that would make it better is if I had the 75 inch screen to game on.

The tv works perfectly with my Samsung smartphone with smart view. Also, the Samsung tv to Samsung soundbar is a match made in heaven with HDMI ARC. The processor should be stronger so moving through apps and guides is faster.

the 55" class q70a has what i needed: a central pedestal so i could clamp it to a rolling table, built-in wifi so i could stream wherever in the house i rolled it, and support for over-the-air free tv with an antenna. i'm happy with the picture, the sound, and the remote control.

I was familiar with Samsung products as I always had a Samsung phone and was very pleased with them. This TV was comparably priced with other brands, so based on the features offered, customer reviews and the price, I chose this TV. After receiving the TV, installation instructions were very easy and in no time I was watching my new TV which has a beautiful picture and a great sound system. The TV comes with a rechargeable Smart Remote which means no more batteries! Very satisfied with my purchase.

The remote is easy to use and the overall navigation is easy as well. I use my TV for watching TV, movies, and streaming. Anything that comes in 4K looks great! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had to get a replacement TV after our toddler accidentally broke our previous tv. When we got this one, we were all blown away by the picture quality! I feel like I am at the movie theater sometimes. The only thing I don't love is the sound. We have a sound bar and everything is perfect, but I definitely prefer the soundbar over the default sound. That is the only thing keeping it from 5 stars.

The only reason I bought this tv because I needed one with a stand in the center since the piece of furniture to place a tv with 2 end stands is not wide enough.That being said, I can not stand this tv as it is not user friendly at all. There are so many APPS to get through that come up on the screen when the tv is turned on. It is impossible to just scroll up and down on the remote to choose a new channel - you need to press home and go to the guide, as there are no numbers to input a specific channel on the remote So cumbersome and time consuming. I have 3 other Samsung Smart TVs in my home, but this one is filled with too much stuff on the screen that I would never use. A big disappointment for my needs. .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture is fantastic, very sharp and clear. It does have a little glare when light is at a certain angle but that happens with a lot of other TV's. Remote is also very intuitive, youll never need to look for batteries.
