When I got ready to wash and cook the meat it smelled like rotten eggs I had to throw them away. Very disappointed in this purchase

This is first on the list when I visit Sam's. I've been buying it for several years now and have never had a bad package.

I usually love the lamb chops from Sam's but these were a bad batch, smelled really bad after cooking

Sam’s Club meats are by far the tastiest including these porterhouse style lamb chops. Nicely marbleized, perfectly trimmed, mild flavor and cook up juicy and tasty.

Light marinade, grill on main T of the loin chops first then quickly on the fattier side of the loin and lastly the smaller tenderloin area. Allow to rest. Fresh and fantastic.

My family doesn’t like lamb, period. They’ve tried it and have never liked the taste. This past Father’s Day I put on a feast. For one of the early courses I marinated some of these lamb chops and some farm raised quail in a mixture of spicy V8, soy sauce and a sprinkle of dry rub mixture. Smoked them on my pellet grill at 250 about 1 hour then turned up the heat and open flame seared them with a light coat of BBQ sauce…..yeah, BBQ sauce! Brought them inside while the family was already grazing on some appetizers and told them the lamb and quail were the next course. So curios they were, they couldn’t stand looking at these delicious looking little grilled lamb chops and started cutting one, then another, then another into bite sized pieces until they were all gone. Delicious they exclaimed, didn’t have that lanolin taste at all !! Even the grilled quailed disappeared in the same manner. Non traditional cooking methods can transform non traditional foods. I’ll be buying them again, my family has already requested I cook them for the next gathering !!

My husband loves lamb. When he saw this package of lamb chops at a reduced price, we bought it. He was very disappointed in the tiny chops. More like an appetizer and not even worth the reduced price we paid. We had purchased them last year and they definitely were not this tiny. We'll be back to buying Members Mark boneless leg of lamb from now on.

Small and delicious loin chops. These are the t-bone of the lamb cuts. Remove from fridge about and hour before grilling, toss in a bag with a little oil and fresh garlic. Season with salt prior to grilling. Best served medium rare no more than medium. Excellent with mint sauce, just fresh mint, malt vinegar and a touch of sugar.

Label said to use or freeze by 09/19. Opened package on 09/18 and the meat was spoiled.

My family love these ! Never thought I liked lamb, then a friend served these for dinner. Made me a convert!
