This thing is amazing my kids really love it and it’s very sturdy. Directions aren’t hard to follow just go page by page on the manual and it will be a breeze

I did loved the trampoline it’s really big and fun to jump on at least my son and daughter think so but I’m missing a part the number 8 foam pad idk how to get it I read the instructions so I know it should come with it but it wasn’t 🥺

The little triangle links that attach the bouncy floor to the springs aren’t strong enough. They are already opening up (stretching out) & only had it 1 wk!

Missing a spring and a piece of foam for the poles. How do I contact customer service??
