Good quality trampoline

didn't know what to expect as this is my first time purchasing a trampoline. finally pulled the trigger due the great price that Sam's Club was offering. assembly was pretty easy but had a little trouble installing the jump mat. we started connecting each spring hole by the time we got 2/3 of it installed it started to get harder to pull the jump and spring to connect to the outer ring lol. we watched a Youtube video to see how others connected the mat and spring. We were planning on remove it all and installing it again but this time do every so many holes to connect the spring. we ended up sucking it up and use our muscles (the little we have lol) to pull on the mat and spring to connect to the outer ring. all in all we had a good time assembling this trampoline.

DO NOT BUY WOULD BE A ZERO STAR IF I COULD!!!! LONG STORY BELOW!!! I would not buy this from the online store. We bought this in 27 Feb 2025 and they sent us two boxes that was the same (1 of 2), so we couldn't assemble the trampoline. We initialed the return in March, and they waiting forever to call back and said they emailed us. We ended up having to call them and reinitial the return again. According to Sam's they said we can get the refund once the shipper has the item. We did live chat and reverse their answer saying that they have to scan it first. I've been out of $300 for 2 months with no refund until may 27th, and still no trampoline.

It's a gift so I'm not sure yet

Family is very much enjoying the trampoline.

Didn't even last a year. Mat broke from the springs. Very poor quality.

I bought 2 trampolines this one and the propel , propel is by far better than this one this one is very cheap quality with thin tubes, and they both practically cost the same

I brought this a Christmas gift for my children and when it came down to assembling it we found out that we were missing 6 of the 12 legs. This was a disappointment to my children because they have a Christmas gift that came with missing parts. I’m going to contact the manufacturer to send the missing pieces with hope of it being shipped out next day.
