[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried this today while making spam Musubi and boy, did it not disappoint. It has that smell of citrus and ginger, with the classic aroma of soy sauce. It made my Musubi taste ten times more flavorful. I recommend it.

I've used this seasoning as both a pre-rub and as a seasoning that is put on after cooking. This product packs a lot of punch without a bunch of salt which I really appreciate!

It is a nice mild asian flavor. I can taste the ginger in it the most. I have never used seasonings from this brand before and this was as good as anything else i've ever bought as far as quality. I will look into other seasoning mixes of theirs and may buy more.

But let me tell you it came out perfect. The right amount of sweet and savory. It is good just by itself without any other dipping sauce.
