We used this to season a lot of our chicken or beef when we made stir fry and it was delicious. My husband who is the cook in our family was really into this and used it more than once a week for a few weeks. He would put it in everything just to try new things and come up with new recipes. My favorite though was definitely the chicken he marinated with this and then cooked and served it over rice with veggies!

Easy to use and a little dash here and there does the trick. Want to try this on shrimp next. Definitely worth having in your spice rack.

It is a nice mild asian flavor. I can taste the ginger in it the most. I have never used seasonings from this brand before and this was as good as anything else i've ever bought as far as quality. I will look into other seasoning mixes of theirs and may buy more.

If you like Asian BBQ you will like this too. It is not too sweet or salty, full of ginger and sesame flavor. I seasoned my beef with this and airfry ( I recommend charcoal grill for better flavor). I ate with rice, side dishes was microgreens with ginger honey sesame salad dressing from Asian ladies. It was perfect meal. I will totally buy it after my sample gone. But I will buy small size not big Kinder Japanese BNQ seasoning. The reason is the rests of my family have allergies with soy and sesame.
