So after about 40 mins of sitting there i threw then on the grill along with some asparagus, sprinkled a touch on the asparagus along with some fresh garlic and butter.... and wow! This seasoning is killer!! Traditional Japanese BBQ flavor, the pork came out tender and sweet but also with a bite from the ginger and garlic! Definitely going to be a staple in my pantry a++

It also contains sesame seed and sesame oil for additional flavor. The good news is that it doesn't have a high sodium content. I rubbed it to chicken before cooking. I also sprinkled additional powder on my air-fried chicken. The seasoning is not overwhelming and it's quite mild in taste, which I don't mind.
