I bought this Japanese BBQ spice and I loved the flavor. My problem with it is this... after about a month, it turned into one big solid chunk of spices. This is because it contains brown sugar. I tried the old trick my grandmother taught me...when your brown sugar gets hard, put a slice of bread it it... I did that with this spice. It didn't work, so I ended up throwing it into the trash. I won't be buying this spice again and any others, that contain brown sugar.
