We started out with 3 capable people as stated but soon we found that we needed people that had real building experience. We had two men to build a nice foundation...and that took one day. Then we had six different people that had many years of experience (masters degrees and well educated people)...but found the directions to be very challenging. There were times when they had to reconfigure, cut or drill other than stated. This project was on and off for a couple of weeks, depending on weather and availability of our group of volunteers. When completed, the shed looks great and is very sturdy. It is overwhelming with all the parts...but I guess necessary. We estimate it took about 40 hours and 8 people. I guess it will be there way beyond our years.

I bought this lifetime shed 7 years ago. The skylight on roof top began leaking half year ago when raining. I called lifetime recently, and was told they would ship me a new skylight for free of charge. The customer service gentleman is really very nice and friendly. The Instruction Manual is not that easy to follow and the assembly time is not accurate. It will take you an hour to remove the panels and all the hardware pieces. The cartons were labeled Box 1-4. And to my surprise, the Instruction manual was located in Carton 3 between wall panels. I had to hire someone with home construction experience to help me to assemble the shed. Total assembly time was over 16 hours. You will also need an impact drill to complete the last phase of the roof brackets. My standard drill did not work with the self-drilling screws into the metal trusses.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the shed, just 2 things - the online guides are for the 60351, couldn't find one the the 60127. It is a bit different - there needs to be some hints/safeguards mentioned in the manual as it is easy to mess up things with the small pictures

Very easy to put together..but could be easier if you have 2 people to put together.

Put the shed together, looks good. Screws stripped out easily on some areas. They felt snug but went into shed a few days later and the screws were on the floor from the roof panels. Called in and was told to take apart and return the panels for replacement. That would have left my shed open to environment. I had to find wider screws to held it together tight. This resolved my problem. A month later, another factory screw was on the floor. Had to replace that one also. Not happy with my purchase.

A lot harder than I thought to put together and instruction were not as good as they could have been... overall I like the shed...

So far so good.. is expensive. Total of $7,000.. included cost of shed .. material to build base and then pay to have built z

This shed was very well packaged and came 2 weeks early. The trucking company was helpful in getting the boxes in the garage.
