[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall happy with results. I assembled the shed, including site wood frame foundation in one week, by one person, using clamps as extra helpers. Hardest part was lifting and sliding the 20' long skylight onto the roof. I wish the manual included helpful hints about what not to do, as well as what to do. The video was quite helpful. I wish the manual's diagrams were larger, especially when detailing the parts. One issue learned is that plastic expands when warm or hot, so door alignment in the hot afternoon is quite different than cooler mornings and evenings.

My family and I assembled this in approx two days. Still have few screws that need to be placed in peak skylight that gets attached last. Some of the holes didn't line up real well and will need some pressure from the outside to attach them. Has rained a couple days and leaked a little around the rectangular skylights but will just tighten screws around the outside and that should take care of it. I'm a little OCD so i read instructions but also watched videos online to help trouble shoot any problems. I think helped too. The material that this was made withus really durable as we had an incident between the first and second day when we didn't have the roof trusses installed (it was dark but the time we could attach so we waited until next day), and the wind picked up and blew the corner wall between the doors over, but when I went out at 4AM to see what happened, the floor and wall was still attached but the floor had pulled up and bent completely over and I just pushed the wall back up and the floor went back to original position with no damage. I was happily surprised and greatly relieved! I would recommend this shed for that reason alone! Item shipped fine with no damage or missing parts. 5 stars!

This building is perfect. It's well made ,looks great and you can't beat the price. It was delivered on time and the delivery service was very good. I definitely recommend buying this building from Sam's Club. Great price,good value and excellent customer service.

hard to understand instructions. Alot of steps need 2 pepole to install need to make clear in instruction.also screw holes need to be made better to avoid stripping drill set on lowest setting still stripped some and is not feiable to use only hand screw driver to install.

I bought this two weeks ago. the assembly instructions are the worst ever. the number sequence on the bags and parts not the same as listed in the instructions.The boxes give no indication of what is contained in them. Had help still took six days to assemble. love the finish product the doors are the worst part of the project.

The shed went up easy. It recommends a concrete slab or a wooden base as a foundation. I had already leveled the ground and added pavers before I opened the box with instructions. The freight driver delivered the shed and placed it in the driveway. I move each of the four boxes by two wheeled dolly to the backyard. One box came apart while moving through my gate so I just sorted the contents were I was going to assemble it. The rest I placed back on the pallet that it was delivered on and tarped it. It took me 3 days from roughly 10am -3pm to assemble the shed by myself. My wife helped me with the roof ridge (cluster of skylights that are assembled together that run the whole 20') and hanging the plastic shutters. I used step ladders to help hold the walls when I started assembling the shed. I also used a tall step ladder and a 2x4 to hold pressure on the roof so I could screw together some spots. Luckily everything fit together and the doors open well. I'm overall please with the product. Hopefully it'll last a long time. Next project is to add shelving inside and a bike rack to organize all the kids bikes in order to clean out my attached garage.

Time consuming setup, extra pieces just in case..., absolutely takes more than two people to assemble the roof, strong construction, a must on the level floor, ONLY HAD ONE MISSING PIECE, better looking than the old wood shed, spacious, plenty of lighting, instructions need improving especially on necessary tools (7/16" screws vs. 3/8" recommended tool) and direction of metal supports for the walls, otherwise well worth the money. Another wood shed would have cost a little less but would have required painting every two to five years and maintaining the shingles. Would have given it a five star but the one missing piece meant NOT LOCKING one of the doors until I can get it replaced.

The shed is Good, but your service and Website really sucks. I probably won't purchase anything on this Website again. First off, this shed was to be delivered to 507 Monica Lane. I had to call the trucking company and have them deliver it to the right address. Then you charged half the shed to my account, which really angered me. Tried to edit my phone number, and found out you added my friends number instead. That was stupid. I had to go to store to do that, cause your Website Sucks. And I Mean Really Sucks. I will never again order anything from your website.

I ordered my shed online from Sam's club and the 4 boxes were delivered on time and the driver help get them off the truck, as they were very heavy. I paid go- configure to assemble it. They were very nice and on time and fast but the people at Lifetime had failed to put in two pieces of the roof!!! It took over 30 minutes to get a human on the phone, they expedited the order. It did get here in four days then the installers came back out to install the pieces they had sent two of the same instead of a left and right then it took another two and a half week to finally get the one I needed, so the installer had to come out again. It took almost a month, Lifetime builds a great shed but there customer service is the worst. Please hire some more people to answer the phone and fire who ever is in charge of quailty control and get someone who know what they are doing!

I am an engineer with years of building experience. I followed the instructions carefully and all went well until I began placing the wall panels. The rear wall would not align with the mounting slots (off by over an inch); all panels were tapped in place, and the floor is level. I am currently talking to the manufacturer for assistance. At this time, I cannot recomend the product. It appears that it cannot be assembled and I either need assistance or the return of my money.
