Missing parts had to call the company several times asking for help. The materials didn't attach as illustrated in the instructions and when the air temperature got above 90 degrees the inside temp reached 110 degrees that's when screws started falling out.

This building is perfect. It's well made ,looks great and you can't beat the price. It was delivered on time and the delivery service was very good. I definitely recommend buying this building from Sam's Club. Great price,good value and excellent customer service.

Time consuming setup, extra pieces just in case..., absolutely takes more than two people to assemble the roof, strong construction, a must on the level floor, ONLY HAD ONE MISSING PIECE, better looking than the old wood shed, spacious, plenty of lighting, instructions need improving especially on necessary tools (7/16" screws vs. 3/8" recommended tool) and direction of metal supports for the walls, otherwise well worth the money. Another wood shed would have cost a little less but would have required painting every two to five years and maintaining the shingles. Would have given it a five star but the one missing piece meant NOT LOCKING one of the doors until I can get it replaced.

I bought this two weeks ago. the assembly instructions are the worst ever. the number sequence on the bags and parts not the same as listed in the instructions.The boxes give no indication of what is contained in them. Had help still took six days to assemble. love the finish product the doors are the worst part of the project.

Was a pain in the backside to put together if you have no knowledge of building it would be worth the money to have someone else install. Other wise a great product.

The directions for constructing the shed were confusing-even to a seasoned carpenter. The parts were not labeled correctly. So I like the shed, Absolutely.

Everything from purchase to getting the shed built, went smoothly. The shed looks and works great, has plenty of light inside with all the windows and skylights.

We got the shed on thanksgiving morning for a great price. The boxes were all delivered and as expected were very heavy. The shed was very difficult to build and we are pretty handy people. Some pieces didn't line up correctly and we had to improvise. Overall now that we have completed putting it together , so far there has been no leaks in the roof which was our main concern as we are using this as a camping home instead of a storage shed. One disappointment is there is no way to close it from the inside so we had to be creative.

Now the that the shed is complete I'm happy with the building. Parts of the build was frustrating and the instructions are not clear in all areas. The biggest issue with the instructions is have other languages instructions intermixed with the English ones. The most frustrating part of the build was doing all of the preassemble work for the doors and putting together the central skylight was difficult. Overall it's a great shed and the price I got if for a Sam's was great along with the free shipping saved a lot of money. Just realise that building it is going to be work and you are going to need help.
