No doubt about the durable shed but there are 2 problems: First, one of the floor panels was damage. Second, the instruction is missing on how to attach the door on the floor. Also it is hard to follow.

Stopped dead in our tracks when we found we were missing part DSQ and 20 screws DTK. No problem getting parts when I called but will take about 5 days to get the parts. Trying to inventory all parts before starting May b a good thing but prepare to take several hours to do so. There are a lot of boxes and bags that are not all well labeled. Make sure you have three people when doing the wall build, especially if ther is a breeze. Make sure doors get put up AFTER the complete wall build. Also, when doing the wall build, only put in top and bottom screws on each panel to start. You may need to take a whole side down and redo install when you get to last corner piece and find it is too long because the sections were not pounded together tightly enough.

I bought the Lifetime 20' x 8' American made shed, applied for a permit here in South Daytona to put it up. The city denied my permit due to it not meeting a Florida Building Code for structures to meet a 130 mph design for this area. My friend bought one, too, and was planning on putting it up in his new house in Port Orange. Not sure what I can do now.

I already trust Sam's Club because of the quality, customer service and the way they back up vendor products. And now I can say that I love Lifetime products! Prior to buying this larger shed, we already owned 2 Suncast sheds and I tried to get a replacement part...like pulling teeth! Didn't have not one pushback from Lifetime when I needed to replace a part damaged in shipping. Lifetime appreciates and trusts their clients and coupled with how Sam's Club treats their customers, you can't go wrong with this pairing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We needed more space. We consider wood prefab, and it's still kind of a toss up! by time you build wood foundation or pour concrete. prefab wood comes with that and makes is easier to relocate if you want to take the shed with you. We had concrete poured and i dont know if i'd build one this big again! I'd say it takes good 13-18 hours to build. I'd suggest download app Bilt and type in the model number, also watch few install videos on youtube. We messed up the floor lay down and put up back walls till we realize why the door holes weren't lining up. Also short doors poles for side door, long poles for the end doors! We messed up the doors, and not feasible to disassemble the other doors just for one pole, Customer service was very nice and easy to work with like other comments. My John Deer 42” with bagger fits in the end door and has plenty of room. As I mentioned very time consuming, and need to understand how it's assembled first. allow 12-18 hours, most of work can be done by one person, but some items due require 2 people. Seems like a great product, and won't require any maintenance. Check out the BILT app. I still feel as though worth the money saved vs other options.

I have been assembling this by myself. I am doing the walls today and will have a neighbor help. So far, not bad. The only difficulty was sliding the metal door frames onto the door -- need lots of hammering with a mallet, but I got it done. It's rugged -- I had to leave its pieces exposed to the elements and it held up very well. I love the size and the niceties like windows and skylights. Only bad thing was one of the metal pieces did not get primed properly and the paint started peeling off. They responded to my concern immediately and are sending me a replacement part. There are LOTS of parts; make sure you keep items in their labeled bags so you know what goes where. The lifetime warranty is a big plus. They have videos and a help line but I have not needed these. Instructions very clear.

I am highly satisfied with the product, and I never do these reviews but I felt like I needed to let others know this is a good product. As a mechanical engineer, I think this product is well engineered and was easy to put together. I was a little hesitant with it being a plastic, but the screws do work well and I fell like there is enough metal to make it strong. There are a ton of pieces to put together but the order in manual is great. The YouTube video was awesome and needed. My only recommendation would be to label all the metal pieces with easy to remove no residue stickers. They should also add a note in manual about the doors with the longer rods go in the short end, I had to figure it out from the video. I was missing a window on the door but they immediately sent a replacement one, great customer service!

This product was great for the price compared to wood our metal buildings. The instructions need to be updated. The metal parts were not marked, so you had to look at the pictures. Sometimes the parts were assembled wrong end do to lack of clarity. So look at the pictures really close. My wife and I assembled the shed ourselves and being retired it was hard for us at our age. Definitely pay the extra money to have it assembled.

Building it's self is nice. Delivery was problematic. Some damage to parts, but minor and cosmetic so I chose to not wait for new parts.Video clips provided by the manufacture did not always display the same sequence as the manual. It appeared the written manual and the online manual are different.

shed came in 4 very heavy 9 x 3 x 1 ft boxes. delivered by very large truck with only the driver. you better have help to unload the truck as the driver will only offer a limited assistance. having said that you need to unload all of the boxes and stack the parts in like piles. it is very important to have the base the shed will sit on very level. Watch the YouTube videos and read the directions this more than once. you will need two or more persons to erect the shed. it took four of us 10 hours. lots of screws. Power screwdriver is a tremendous help. screws and other fasteners come in packages that are not marked as the instructions require. this is a real mess to figure out. once built the shed is very sturdy and looks exactly like the picture. only had it up for about a month so don't know how long it will last.
