I bought this shed back in November of 2016. I estimated a week to get the permit to erect it so I unpacked it, seperated all the hardware and assembled the doors and trusses. After my application was reviewed I was told that I needed to get a NOA (Notice of Acceptance) from Lifetime before I could put my shed up. I called Liftime and they emailed me the NOA. I submitted it to the permitting office only to be told that it expired in March of 2016. I called again and was told they would take care of it. Two weeks later I called again and got the same response. A month went by and still nothing. After three months I emailed Liftime about my exasperations. The response was "we are sorry but it was in the engineer's hands". It has been almost five months since I purchased this shed from Lifetime and still nothing. My $116 permit will expire in a few weeks. Thank you Liftime. I am returning the partially built shed to Sam's next week.

i have this less than a month and it is already warped from the sun. the roof panels are bowing in the middle due to the heat. it is a resin shed but assembled with metal screws, every other resin shed i have bought was assembled using plastic parts. the plastic fasteners work much better than the metal screws on this shed. i have also already had two of the top roof panels pop up. do not buy this shed, look for one made by another brand!

The directions for this shed are not easy. The directions have packaged material listed (nuts screw, bolts) marked with letters. Letters are not accurate with the directions. Package labeled with "AFG" however the package has EFG. There was NOTHING THAT HAD AN "A" ON IT. Takes WAY MORE than 4-6 hours to put together. Directions were not helpful. Metal pieces were not labeled, had to guess which piece went to which part. Was missing screws, I had to purchase $15 in extra screws. Could have called the company, but who wants to wait for days for the company to send new ones. The value of this product was good because we got it on sale for $1100. I HIGHLY recommend paying the extra to get assembled. It is super hard to put together.

Great storage shed very happy with this product. I paid to have it assembled. I read other reviews and decided I didn't want to spend a day are so assembling the shed. It took the guy I hired a full day. The shed is very sturdy. Perfect for what I need it for storing the zero turn mower and other yard tools and ladders freeing up my garage for the cars only.

It would have been helpful to have the box noted that actually contained the instructions instead of playing hide and seek. I strongly recommend going on Youtube and reviewing installation videos, there more helpful then following the instructions that come with the shed. Parts were labeled which helped however hardware was so poorly labeled that it easily added a half a day of work trying to figure this part out. Two of us worked two full days to complete the build. This did not include the time to make the platform. I choose to build a wood platform. I am DYI but very handy and not afraid of any challenge. The instructions had so many errors that it became funny in trying to find them. We finally used common sense and were able to finish the build. This is not a project for the faint of heart (or anyone that is tied to following directions exactly how they are written - you'll never finish). Many of the pictures do not match the written instructions. Unfortunately these errors were inconsistent so you could not just rely on the pictures of the written instructions

Good design, instructions fair, price fair, assembly easy if you are not too old or physically hindered by past injuries. I am 77 & my wife is 74 and we had no help from anybody. It took over 2 weeks for delivery. Had to wait most of a week for breeze to subside.

Great product but directions were a little sketchy. Make sure to put together as told in manual.

Extremely happy with shed. Be patient, MUST follow instructions step by step! It took 2 days with helper to assemble.
