Bought this bad boy because it's supposed to be able to run my entire house. Being a Louisiana resident during hurricane season, who could ask for anything more. If lights go out or god forbid one comes our way, I'll be sure to come back and give a review that I can 100% stand behind.

ITS STARTING FUNCTIONS ARE VERY GOOD, I WANT TO USE IT TO POWER A SOLAR SYSTEM IN CASE THE BATTERIES DROP TO A LOW LEVEL AND THERE IS LITTLE SOLAR PRODUCTION. I TESTED IT TODAY AFTER I RECEIVED IT YESTERDAY, DAMAGED BY THE PACKAGING THAT ARRIVED EVERYTHING TURNED OVER AND EVERYTHING WAS DAMAGED AT THE BASE OF THE EQUIPMENT, BUT I ORGANIZED IT TO BE ABLE TO GET IT WORKING. AFTER GETTING IT TO WORK I TRY TO CHECK A LOAD TO THE SYSTEM OF 20 KWp AND I DID NOT EXCEED 14.9 KWp IN A FEW WORDS THIS IS NOT WHAT THEY SELL, THEY SAY IT IS 20 KWp RUNNING AND THIS IS NOT TRUE. I ALREADY CALL AN ELECTRICAL ENGINEER TO COME TO VERIFY IT BECAUSE IF IT DOES NOT GIVE WHAT IT SHOULD GIVE IN NORMAL RUNNING OPERATION, I AM NOT INTERESTED AT ALL AND I WILL RETURN THEM AS IT CAME, DAMAGED, I HAVE 4K CAMERAS ALL OVER MY PROPERTY AND EVERYTHING WAS RECORDED AND CAPTURED BY ME WITH MY PHONE ADDITIONALLY. REALLY AT THIS MOMENT I FEEL SCAMED. THE MACHINE IS NOT AMERICAN AS THEY SAY, IT IS FROM CHINA, DON'T BELIEVE EVERYTHING YOU READ.

I have already used this generator during a power outage. Enough capacity to power refrigerator, stove top, microwave, freezer, hot water heater, and several plugs and lamps. Easy to start. One feature I wish it had is a backup pull cord start. So keeping battery charged for electric start is important.

i bought this about a week before we had an ice storm and i was out of electricity for eleven days. had i not bought this generator i would have lost all of the food in my freezer and frig. also by having this generator i was able to stay home and live quite comfortably as it ran almost all of my house hold electrical needs at the same time. during the eleven days all i had to do was put gas in it, it started every time with no problem when ever i needed it. my daughter was so impressed with it that she has ordered one for their house.

We just completed 8 days without power because of Hurricane Laura. This generator was paused only for petro and checking the oil. It continuously ran all lights, refrigerator, entertainment centers, computers...... AND..... my 5 ton A/C (17 years old). We have a 2350 sq ft all electric house and would cool down to 69 degrees ......pause A/C .... and turn on 50 gal Hot Water heater. We hardly knew we were without power.

This generator is great! It had exactly what I needed. It can run both 50 Amp at the same time. Wish it had better fuel efficiency but it can make the power. There is a power saving mode in it which I like. It's not as quiet as you would like but that feature help when you turn it on. If you are getting it on a palette, make sure you can get off with out hurting yourself.

we got this as emergency power to run the whole house and after testing it out today i dont think that will be an issue at all. i love the push button start and how well the engine ran starting up on the first push after adding fuel annd oil. also lobe that this generator comes with everything you need to get it up and running as soon as it arrives and you dont even need any tools for assembly other than an 8mm wrench. comes with an included battery tender that plugs directly into the faceplate which is also a huge plus and much safer than using alligator clips directly on the battery terminals. all in all i think it's well worth the prise if you want a aqality package and no headaches.

Generator is strong and works for the application that we use it for. Handles a surge well. Only problem that I have encountered is the oil sensor has some issues. I check the oil everyday that the machine is used and unplugged the oil sensor and have had "0" issues.

My wife and I decided to invest in a generator after the most recent storm and sustained power outage. We've grown tired of emptying fridges and freezers and other inconveniences that go along with extended power outages. We haven't had the chance to use it in that situation yet, but after extensive research and discussions with some electrician friends, I'm hope for the best with this. We decided to go bigger on the size to eliminate taxing the generator and the electric motors/pumps of the various things we intend to run. It's a nice generator with real nice features. The build quality looks and feels solid and despite it's weight, its easy to maneuver around and believe me when I say that I'm not in the best of shape. I am hopeful my family will get years of service from this thing.

I purchased my original generator April of 2022 it's now Sept 2024. So far it has only worked 30 minutes. It's been in the shop all that time. They finally decided to replace it with a new updated generator. Well ok that's fine but I do not have confidence it is dependable. Time will tell. I had to purchase an additional generator and really don't need it any more. The service people were great but it just takes too long to get anything done. Generators should work when needed I've spent way too much on this one and I don't know if the new one has a warranty as I'm waiting for them to call me back do I can ask. I think I'll just sell it and be done with this brand.
