This is a good deal for the price. The cover could fit better. Do t like the bubbles at all, wish you could control the flow, it's too much and makes a lot of noise. But so far is working well in Florida. Probably not great in very cold temps.

This is so nice! For the price, I really didn't expect it to be! Quality is excellent and it really is quite roomy! Easy set up and maintenence as well!

Love it! It's not perfect, mainly the water cools off a few degrees when using the bubbles. But for the money (we paid roughly $375) it's well worth it. No regrets.

Great hottub especially for the price. I am 5'11" and it is up to my shoulders when I sit in it. It does get a bit spendy with the current energy prices but I cover it with a blanket which does help some. Very easy to set up and maintain.

We were quite hesitant to purchase an inflatable spa, but installing a "real" hot tub at our townhouse wasn't practical. To say we're glad we purchased our Ibiza is an understatement. As stated in the title, we use it nearly every day. It is quite comfortable for 2 normal sized adults. We can both stretch out fully with room to spare. The stated capacity of 4 to 6 people would be tight if you value your personal space at all. We've had it for 4 months now and have yet to have to change the water. It's amazingly easy to care for. A few tips: 1. Before you do anything else, unbox the pump unit (the smaller box) and plug it in. If the ground fault immediately pops, box it all back up and exchange it. 2. Run it 24-7. Yes, you could save a little electricity by setting the timer, but why have a couple of hundred gallons of warm water sitting around getting swampy? As I said above we've not had to do a water change in the 4 months we've owned the spa. 3. Check the filter at least once a week. They can be cleaned to an extent, but anticipate having to replace the filter every two or three weeks. 4. Get the PH right. Our water here is a little acid. We were able to correct the PH using a couple of tablespoons of baking soda. It didn't take much. 5. Use 1" chlorine tablets in the jet. One tablet every week or so has been sufficient to keep our water clear and sparkling at 104 degrees. 6. The filters (type VI) are available for a reasonable price at Wal-Mart. Sit back, relax and enjoy the warmth.

I received this hot tub as a Christmas gift. We could not set it up until June. From the beginning it has been leaking air and after doing the soapy water we discovered the leaks are from the straps that hold the cover down. We have tried numerous times to reach out to the company with no results. If it didn't leak air I think it would be great, but that is not the case for us and we are very upset that the company is not responding to us at all. Can't use an inflatable hot tub that can't hold air

I was so worried about the spa in freezing temperatures here in Southern Indiana, but it is perfect!! No worries about the cold! So far!! It does go to 102 shortly after getting in, but that is still good! Though I don't turn on the bubbles much. I like sitting here without them! If you have the bubbles turned on, it does lower the temperature a few more degrees. This is my first month with the spa, so I don't know what it will do to my electric bill. I very much recommend this spa. I purchased the Bestway Ibiza Saluspa at Sam's Club for $448. I have had a 220 hot tub for years!! I was skeptical about a 110. It's holding its own so far!! I couldn't be more pleased!! I can see fitting 4 adult friends with no problem!

Before committing to an expensive hot tub, we decided to try this first. This thing is great! Fairly easy to set up and it comes with its own inflator. We decided to buy rubber mats (think commercial kitchen) to put underneath it. We've had it for almost a month so not sure on the energy cost yet. One of the first nights we tried it when it was in the 30s outside and while it eventually dipped in temperature, we were still able to enjoy it for almost an hour. Keep in mind the bubbles will be a bit chilly if it's cold out which most likely led to it dropping in temperature so fast. Highly recommend!!

This is our second inflatable hot tub and first square one. I like the square shape as it gives a lot more space to be able to sit than the round one. However the walls are much thinner that the round one we had and that has two issues. One, it loses heat faster as it is not as insulated. Two, you can't sit on the walls like you could with the round one as easily. So overall it is decent for the price and nice to have, but it is definitely cheaper and less quality than other types.
