I bought this TV three months ago and have had to get it repaired three times, but the issues still aren't fixed. After a month, the backlight went out for half the screen. When that was repaired, they left dust under the screen. When I sent the TV for a second repair, it was returned with a broken bezel. After that, it was returned to me with a supposedly brand-new panel that already has dead pixels in it. I was told that having dead pixels in the display is normal for this type of TV, which is very disappointing for a Samsung device.

I love playing my Xbox Series X on the TV and I have the Samsung QLED Soundbar Connected and it is an awesome viewing experience. I enjoy watching 4K movies with my family and the colors just pop when watching! The gaming experience is very smooth as well.

We do have a Google chromecast hooked up to it but you could absolutely use the built in smart TV features. The menu is easy to navigate and the picture is excellent on all inputs. The setup was easy and you really don't have to mess with the settings to have the picture looking great. Samsung QLED is awesome!

The main reason I watch television is to enjoy a good story: comedy, rom-com (for my wife), novels as movies, and other genres which interest us. As impressed as I was with the built-in speakers of this tv, I wished to hook it up to my legacy stereo system. Alas, there was no RCA or headphone jack on this model. This meant buying a new preamplifier to take advantage of the Optical Output offered. The sound is stellar. I can experience the highest notes and, feel the lowest ones as well. This makes for a fantastic viewing experience. We love the Smart features of this set. It's easy to watch any type of show on any available network. The setup is seamless and complete. I feel like we are in total control of our television experience.

The picture is incredible and crystal clear. With being able to load any apps it's like having a 75 inch laptop at your finger tips.

It has also enhanced my viewing experience with 4k movies and tv shows they look really great and show off the tvs capabilities.

The whites are bright and the darks are dark and the colors really pop! Even watching shows that are in Nirmal HD they look like they are in 4K. Shows in 4K...well they look life like as though your looking through a window. 5 star quality, but I'd give it more if I could!

I also play video games on it as well and my games look beautiful as well. It has so many features that I explore on it. My favorite is the easy to use remote and the voice command. It is a all around good TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I'm very happy with this unit. After adjusting the picture to my media room I haven't had to touch the settings. The menu features are easy to navigate and the remote is user friendly, although I do prefer the feel of my older 65 inch remote. The solar charging is a nice feature.
