After only a couple months the mattress has sunken in on both sides leaving a lump in the middle. Its hard to stay in one spot as you tend to roll towards the edge. I was excited when we got it. It was comfy and the quality of fabric is great. Just sad it didnt hold its shape and support.

I'm not one to write reviews period, but for this mattress I'll do it! I have been extremely happy with my purchase. I seriously haven't slept this good in a long long time. Since I've had it I've slept soundly throughout the night and wake up refreshed every morning. This mattress was comfortable from the first minute I laid down on it. You won't be disappointed. My only negative would be it took over a month from ordering to delivery however customer service was exceptional.

I bought this bed 4 months ago and I wanted to write a review for it the next morning. But I decided to wait till I had it for the four months. The first night of sleep was fantastic but it takes more than one night. Now about 120 nights of sleep it is well worth the money. I was never the type of person that if I didn’t try it I didn’t buy it. This mattress is well worth the price and worth taking the chance to try it .

The bed is beautiful and extremely thick, which causes concern I totally as we have a low headboard frame. The bed seems to have a better affect on my boyfriend whose sleep has impygreatly but it still quite firm for me and I tend to feel some minor aches. I still need to get used to it as we've only had it for 2 weeks, but again my boyfriend loves it and the lifetime guarantee makes it worth it for me.

My hubby and I have been talking about getting a new mattress for quite some time. I’ve been considering the Dream Cloud for 2 years already, but honestly, was sceptical of ordering something online without trying it out first. If we don’t like it, we have 365 days to return it. Let me just say, I am soooo..glad I ordered this bed. So far, it is perfect! This mattress is firm yet very soft and very supportive especially for our aging bodies. So extremely comfortable! My husband even loves it!! The first night we slept in our new bed we both kept waking up only because it wasn’t our old bed that we were used to. My husband even said he felt like he was sleeping in a 5 star hotel, I agreed with him. His aches and pains upon getting up have lessened as well. This bed is very well made and I love the fact that it has a lifetime warranty! You can’t beat that with any mattress company! Also shipping was extremely quick. I was prepared for it to take up to several months by reading some of the other reviews on Dream Cloud. We received our bed in 3 days after placing the order. The only negative thing I will say is that now I don’t ever want to get out of bed!! Thanks Dream Cloud!!

I have had my mattress for 7 months now, and I am extremely disappointed with the pain I feel every morning! I weigh 165lbs and I dont understand how my side of the bed has a permanent sink in it. I know I am side sleeper, but this is horrible. I will be returning my mattress. I had such high hopes. Very upsetting.

We were very skeptical about a mattress arriving in a box, especially without trying it out before we purchased. The guarantee sold us and we've had great sleep since it arrived. The mattress fluffed up and we settled in. We are very pleased with our purchase so far and have slept great with no issues of cold, hot, too soft too hard...its been perfect.

I waited 5 months before reviewing....I wanted to make sure about how good this bed is. It is the best and most comfortable bed I've ever had. It's not just comfy, but i sleep the whole night through. At first, the tufted top took me some getting used to...but now it snugs and hugs my curves. My bf is a back sleeper and I'm all over the place. We both think this bed is soooooooo worth the price. No off-gassing......super clean green bed. I RECOMEND Dreamcloud highly. I look forward to sleeping in my bed every night!

We have had the Dreamcloud for about 1 month and could not be happier with the entire process. We did not do white glove service, and for us it really wasn't necessary. I will say we did get the king sized bed and it is VERY heavy so be prepared to get some help. It unwinds easily and smoothly. It only takes a few hours to be ready for sleep. And couldn't be more comfortable. I would definitely agree with the 6.5 rating out of 10 for firmness. I would buy another.

Ordering the bed was simple. I opted for the concierge service, when the bed was delivered, the men carried out the old mattress and set up the Dreamcloud. They were courteous and very helpful. They answered all my questions. I slept very well, and continue to do so, but without the chronic back pain upon waking! Very happy with my purchase!
