Very comfortable. I previously had a Tuft & Needle Mint mattress, which I loved, but wanted something a little softer, since I'm a side sleeper. This mattress was the perfect balance of soft and supportive. It expanded quickly once opened, and the smell dissipated after a day or two of airing out. It's a little bouncier than the T&N since it has some springs/coils in it, but not enough that I'm awakened by my partner moving in bed.

A few years ago I began having lower back pain. It became so bad, every time I would get out of bed, my back would be killing me. I knew I had to get a new mattress. I did A LOT of research on mattresses that were the best for lower back pain and I decided to purchase the DreamCloud premier mattress. It was the best decision of my life! It was from day 1 that I noticed a huge difference. Now, I get up every morning and no back pain! It’s amazing what a mattress can do! I highly recommend this mattress!!!

I ordered the DreamCloud mattress, the adjustable frame, and the sheets bundle on 2/20/21. It showed they should arrive by March 11. That day came and went. We did receive the sheet bundle and the frame. NO MATTRESS. I called and was told it would be delivered by March 26. That day came and went. NO MATTRESS. I called again and was told it would be delivered by April 3rd. That day came and went. Then I was told it would be delivered by April 10th. That day came and went. Then I was updated that it would arrive by April 15. That day has come and gone (yesterday). If I had known it would be this long, I would NEVER had ordered to begin with. I am so frustrated and nobody from the company seems to care! I will tell EVERYONE I know that they should NEVER order from this company. Wort customer experience I have had in my 50 years.

I studied many brands of mattresses and reviews online for almost a year before deciding on the Dream Cloud mattress. I definitely made the right choice! it has exceeded expectations. Not too firm, not too soft. Perfect for me. My sleep has been consistently deep since the first night. I wake up refreshed and with no muscle stiffness and no more hands or feet that have fallen asleep. Also, I don't wake up all sweaty! Bonus - my cats and my dog love the Dream Cloud, too!

The entire experience with ordering to sleeping on this mattress was great! I chose this mattress initially because of the rating online. The second reason was because of the reviews. I now am very glad I ordered this mattress. It was easy to order and open when it arrived. It is a very comfortable mattress. I would order it again as it is everything I expected when I ordered it.

I thoroughly researched a few brands (Casper, Purple and Leesa) before settling on Dreamcloud. It was the perfect choice. It arrived as scheduled in a bag. My husband and I were able to carry it upstairs, no problem. The mattress was easy to unpack and in a day or two, it had expanded to full size. It’s SO comfortable. I did notice the odor they mentioned seemed to stick around a little longer but it dissipated within a week. I paired this mattress with the Dreamstories comforter and it’s like heaven...so much so that I find myself napping and sleeping in the guest bedroom. I highly recommend this brand. It doesn’t disappoint.

Zzz zzzz sorry, I was just so comfortable and relaxed I don’t want to wake up or get out of bed. This dreamcloud mattress has transformed my sleeping habits. I sleep more comfortably and with longer stretches of deep sleep! To get out of bed is a new chore I’m really struggling with but I’ll take it. The luxurious feel and stylish look has us snoring zzzz’s like it’s Sunday morning, every morning! (Until our 17month old jumps on our bed at least!!)

The bed and the extra bed protector that we purchased are very good quality. Side sleepers and firmness is perfect. We ordered another bed protector for another bed about a month ago and keep getting emails saying the delivery is being delayed.They also have a Phone recording Saying they can’t take calls. This may be about Covid but we sure would like our ordered bed protector.

We haven’t even had this bed frame with the headboard for 6 months and it’s already causing problems. The bar in the middle that supports the bed vertically is constantly moving, making the middle of the mattress sink, and the bed shift side to side. I weight 100 lbs and my husband weighs 150 lbs. We have a king sized bed and of course the frame to match. We'll be laying down and make a quick shift to the right or left and the three stands on holding the verticle bar up, fall over. We’ve tried tightening the screws and it still happens. The frame looks nice but the quality is CHEAP. Seriously don’t waste your money.

I bought this bed 4 months ago and I wanted to write a review for it the next morning. But I decided to wait till I had it for the four months. The first night of sleep was fantastic but it takes more than one night. Now about 120 nights of sleep it is well worth the money. I was never the type of person that if I didn’t try it I didn’t buy it. This mattress is well worth the price and worth taking the chance to try it .
