This has been probably the best mattress I have ever own so far. Just upgraded my bedroom set to king size and this mattress fits perfectly in with it. Very comfortable, very durable, zero back problems anymore. Only downside to it is I thought it would be a little softer to where you can sink in, but form stays true.

Okay I am loving the mattress and adjustable base combination. I am mainly a back sleeper with some time on my side and find it extremely comfortable. I also purchased the mattress protector which to me is more of a topper as it is really thick. I only gave four stars because of the length of time it took to receive the adjustable base. Overall so far so good and am very happy with this purchase.

This mattress is the perfect combination of firmness and comfort. Was in desperate need of a new mattress and chose dream loud after lots of research. I now get an amazing night sleep and I don’t wake up with pain in my back anymore. I would definitely recommend this mattress. The customer service was also outstanding.

Love our new mattress. I wish we would have done it sooner. Was sleeping on our second Sleep Number. Loved the first one for over 20 years, the second one we both hated since the first day we purchased it 5 years ago. We woke up sore and hurting each day, not now with our new DreamCloud. I can say its better than what we had. The plus is its for side sleepers. The minus is it doesn't help my back at all. It's ok for a guest room where you don't sleep on it all the time. That's where it's going. Out of the master bedroom because it doesn't cut it. Keep looking.

I’m totally loving my dreamcloud mattress. My lower back, shoulder, neck pain from waking up in the morning has gone from 90% pain to 0%. I don’t feel myself moving do much in the middle of the night to get comfy, I also don’t feel my wife move in the middle of the night either. One...no two satisfied customers here!

This was my first internet mattress purchase. I was willing to take the risk because of the 365 day trial period. The delivery was straightforward and installation could not have been easier. The first 6 months were great -- nice, firm mattress. After that I started noticing a distinct sagging in my spot. I figured it was conforming to my size/shape. After another month or two, I am not a happy sleeper. I wake up with back pain, which is getting worse. My spot has become too soft and saggy. I have requested a return as I am still within my 365 days trial period. Eager to see if the return is as convenient as their website says it is.

I took a chance and bought this mattress online. With the warranty it’s easy and worry free. The mattress is very high quality but heavier than expected. It’s on the firm side and I needed more softness to go with the excellent support. I added a plush topper and now it’s perfect. It was a very tight fit on my platform bed because it sits in the frame. May want to double check exact measurements of your bed and the mattress since it was larger than my last hybrid queen mattress by an inch in all dimensions.

I was hesitant making a mattress purchase without testing it out first. I have to say the Dreamcloud is AMAZING! Extremely comfortable and built with superb quality. Set up was quick and easy with hardly any gas off. After the mattress was set up and ready we tested it out to find it unbelievably comfortable. We haven’t had a good nights rest in a while. I tried it the dream cloud at a local sit n sleep. The wife and I loved it. Felt like a cloud. Loved it. I purchased it online. I've had it for 3 months now. Hoping it gets softer. So far it's way too firm. I sleep on my side and I wake up with bad shoulder pain. I want the display from sit n sleep.
