I am so in love with my mattress. I didn’t have high hopes when I ordered it. I saw the reviews but still didn’t believe, but wanted to try it. Every morning I wake up and nothing hurts. My old mattress killed my hips and back. Not my Dream cloud. How can something be soft, firm and supportive at the same time? No idea, must be magic! It is truly wonderful and we’ve only had it a few months. If you doubt, try it out! You will love it.

We purchased the Premier mattress 1 year ago, and I'm trying to get another for our winter home in Phoenix. We were hesitant to purchase the first one because we are traditionalists and go to the store. But, we saw the great reviews and took a chance... and GLAD we did! The box arrived via FedEx and I was able to use my dolly to get it into our bedroom. We bought an adjustable frame from a dealer, (that was OK) and discovered we rarely use that feature. The Premier mattress was easy to extract from the cover it came in and I was careful to follow the instructions on opening, and releasing the mattress. FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS as the mattress is heavy. The result: A DREAMY NIGHTS SLEEP! We both have back problems and since sleeping on the DreamCloud neither of us have complained about back or joint aches. It really is a fantastic product... thus our desire for a second one here in Arizona. I am a former Naval Test Flight Officer and picky on analyzing products... I can confidently say this IS a MUST BUY. Grade: 4.0/4.0

I have slept one night plus one nap in my new bed and pillow from DreamCloud. I love with chronic pain and have a lot of spinal and nerve issues. My last bed was 19 years old and hurt to sleep in. I wanted a great bed but I couldn’t stomach the prices on some of the top competitors beds. I live with my boyfriend and also live with PTSD and MDD and sleep can mean nightmares and night terrors, I benefit greatly from sleeping with an emotional support dog. So for two adults plus a dog I wanted a King. The prices out there are CRAZY. I felt confident ordering the DCS because of the 365 night trial and I’m already in love after just two sleeps. THANK YOU for making something that is such a medical necessity for me, affordable and luxurious!!

Readingbthe reviews online, many said that there was little ofgassing. Ours is still offgassing after a week. Our daughter has been coughing and I have a headache upon waking. I am disappointed with the off gassing and it is a bit more firm than what I expected.

I'm so disappointed about this bed. I thought maybe it would take some time to "break-in" so I've been trying to be patient, but I haven't had a good sleep in over 2.5 weeks. Originally they were sold out and offered me a nectar option and I didn't take it because I was so excited about the DreamCloud. I wish I had taken the offer. It's been so difficult to fall asleep and stay asleep I ended up finally buying a mattress topper, which will hopefully give me some relief and maybe will help "break-in" the bed.

My husband and I purchased two XL twin mattresses with adjustable bases as we have different sleep positions. I sleep on my back, and for months would wake up repeatedly through the night with terrible lower back pain. Night one with the DreamCloud adjustable bed changed that. I actually read in the Zero Gravity mode and sleep like that all night. My husband likes to sleep flat. We joked that having two separate beds pushed together makes us feel old (we are 44) but the fact that we both get a better night sleep far outweighs the inconvenience of scooting over “the crack” to cuddle.

The last mattress I had was 100% memory foam and it was horrible. I’m a tiny person and it still sunk in and hurt my hips. After reviewing all the mattresses on the market I decided to try the DreamCloud and it’s the best decision I’ve ever made. It’s so comfy and supportive, and I’ve slept so well since the first night I got it. It’s the perfect mattress and I’ll never look back!

I have never been picky with any mattress and was fully satisfied with my last mattress for years until it finally began to lack support. I read hundreds of reviews before settling on DreamCloud. Sadly, I’ve been very disappointed and will need to return it. The most important negative is the sagging. The sides do have excellent support but the center is not supportive and I am rolling towards the center and towards my bed partner. This should not be happening because we are only 110 and 165. The next problem is that the pattern on top is so pronounced that it contorts my body. This does not bother my husband who is larger and heavier, but it was very uncomfortable for me. A thick mattress pad helped a bit. Finally, very oddly, the off gassing was overwhelming and was notable for about 3 weeks (and probably longer although we accustomed). I purchased a cheap full foam mattress for my son which understandably had that issue, but was unprepared to have the same experience with a hybrid mattress at this price point. I don’t recall any negative reviews, which means that either I received damaged product, or something doesn’t add up.

I was quite satisfied with the mattress and had difficulty contacting a consultant. When I did they sent me a mattress topper that still hasn’t sold me on the mattress but with COVID I can’t have someone come into my house to take it away and I can’t handle the king size on my own

I tried a memory foam mattress in the past and didn't really care for it. After my bargain mattress developed a sinkhole and caused me to wake up miserable with back pain, I began to search for a new mattress. My wife stumbled upon Dreamcloud online and decided to give it a try... WOW! I haven't slept this comfortably in years! Too bad I suffered for so long before finding the cloud! This bed is a home run!
