Not firm at all and they will not return it until after 30 days, but it will never be firm. So it is standing up against the wall until my 30 days it up, in the meantime I am sleeping on an air mattress until my real mattress comes. I explained that I have slipped disc, but they still will not return it. I wish I would have kept my old mattress just in case but you live and you learn. Only traditional mattresses for me me from now on.

Purchased our mattress right after hubby suffered a major coronary event. We both needed improved sleep but he needed it in particular to help him heal and recover. We are in love with this bed and our initial 30 day time period hasn't even ended yet so our 365 night trial period hasn't started yet. No way we'll be sending it back at the end of that trial period though! Best mattress ever! Super comfortable, no motion transfer so we don't disturb each other getting in and out of bed, just a wonderful bed to sleep on!

My husband has RA and I have fibromyalgia. Neither of us slept very well before we bought our DreamCloud Premier Mattress. He was very skeptical when I said a new mattress would help. I did my research and decided on the DreamCloud. We are so happy we did!!! Talk about a good nights sleep! I’m a very hot sleeper and have had zero issues with this mattress. I’m now trying to get my parents, who are 80, to get one as they each have the same issues as my husband and I do.

DreamCloud mattresses have the comfort of a really high quality memory foam mattress with the bounce and support of an inner spring. The materials all feel very substantial and high-quality. Overall very impressed by the sleep and overall experience I've received from DreamCloud!

Mattress is not at all ‘cloud-like’. It’s really firm. It feels like a mid level hotel mattress. I’m disappointed - it’s getting a tiny bit softer 2 weeks in but still not as billed. It’s not for us. Bought a base for it as well and the base is smaller than the width of the mattress by about 2 1/2 inches! Just added to the disappointment.

You don't get the 8 layer premium kashmir topped mattress you think you are buying. Instead you get a 5 layer much cheaper material mattress for the same premium price of course. At no time on the website or during the ordering process are you told of this, dream cloud just thinks people won't notice I guess. Even after contacting them the tried to hide the fact that they have a "all new design", and they "just haven't had time to update their site. Unless you are into the classic bait-and-switch I would avoid dreamcloud!

After numerous internet searches for a bed, we landed on dreamcloud to balance price and comfort. The hardest part was waiting for it to arrive-originally we were told that it would be deliver the week of January 5th (we ordered on Dec. 29th) but the date can and went with no bed. The delivery date kept getting pushed back, and customer service didn;t have any updates on why it was taking so long either. Finally got the bed January 29th, and would not have been irked by it taking a month to get here--just would have appreciated delivery updates being more conservative than they were. Bed itself was easy to put into the bedroom but it did take two people to get it out of the box and on our bed frame--we got a Cal King, after all. Husband and I slept on it that night and felt very supported. We were both surprised that it was on the firmer side but woke up the next day without the upper back pain we'd been experiencing in our former 10 year old mattress (which was beginning to sag). If I had been able to test this before ordering I likely would have gotten something a bit softer, but we add our old mattress topper to it and it's cushy again. The included pillows and linens were also a nice addition to our new bed bundle.

My husband loves this mattress... I am very uncomfortable. I expected more “squish” at the beginning when I lay down. I am getting a gel infused memory foam topper today to see if that will help me. At this point, I would need to return it just because I’m not comfortable at all. Hopefully the topper will help me.

Its a nice supportive bed I suppose, but it creates pressure points in my wife and I's back, hips, and shoulders. We've had the bed for almost 3 months now and we can not sleep on our sides what so ever (which is our go to position) and sleeping on our backs still wake up with slight pain. We both are overweight, but that was one of the reasons I bought this bed. To firm for comfort.

I was so excited when they delivered our mattress. I had been having bad neck pain for a year and finally realized I needed a new mattress. After resurrecting and reading reviews I decided to go with dreamcloud as bd have had no neck pain. I don’t want to get out of bed in the morning. An added plus is my husband was having back pain and he is better as well.
