This mattress has far surpassed my expectations! My husband and I BOTH can finally sleep comfortably. I appreciate a firm mattress, while my husband prefers soft. Together, we agreed that this mattress is a perfect combination! I was hesitant about purchasing a mattress without trying it out first. However, based on the reviews, and 365 day guarantee, I had nothing to lose. I'm so glad we invested in this particular mattress. I'll never own a different kind!!!

The DreamCloud hasn't been such a dream! Haven't been able to sleep all night since we received the mattress. My back is killing me and have to get up around 3 in the morning cause I can't stand it anymore. We're trying to get use to it, but not going very well at all. Such a disappointment, couldn't wait to get to bed the night we got it ! Then couldn't even get comfortable. Sorry but no good review so far.

I couldn't wait to receive it since the first bed I purchased (NOT DREAMCLOUD) was defective and one half of the bed had collapsed. When I told the delivery gentleman what happened to the mattress he was disposing of and his comment was "You are going to love this mattress" and he was 100% correct. It is so comfortable, I have been sleeping like a baby since the first night. Thank you DreamCloud for making such a wonderful mattress.

The Dreamcloud Premier bed is top notch. I sleep on my back and stomach throughout the night and my wife sleeps on her side. I can not get over how comfortable the bed is. Without a doubt this is the most comfortable bed we have ever owned. I highly recommend this bed.

So far we like our new bed, easy to set up, a little heavy but we expected that. The only reason for the 4 stars is that it took a long time to get delivered. Not sure about the pillows, they are a bit hard, but we are giving them time. It's only been 3 weeks. I will probably order the thicker mattress pad, the one that came free is so thin. My husband can now sleep on his back, side and stomach without pain in the am. I am a side sleeper and very comfy for that position. The sheets are very soft, love those.

I tried out other hybrid mattresses at a store to get an idea of that a 6/10 “medium firm” should feel like- dreamcloud is much much more firm. I am female and do not sink in at all to the foam upper part besides my hips which causes my back to arch. I didn’t see any reviews state this so we’ll see if my review is also censored. This is very heavy and substantial And looks like a very nice mattress but wow it is uncomfortable and causes back pain. Awful.

I was really looking forward to sleeping on a cloud. I’ve given it several months now. And it’s just too firm. Everything went super smooth. From ordering to delivery to set up. I’m very impressed with the company and the standards, but I’m going to have to take advantage of the warranty and try to find something else. This mattress is rated a 6.5 for firmness but there’s no way. It’s more like an 8. A solid 8. Maybe even a 9. Even with the pillow top. I’m really bummed. I researched for months before making this purchase. I’m thankful for the warranty!

I love my bed! I tried half a dozen beds at my local mattress store and found only one that was comparable to this DreamCloud bed, but it was twice as much and without a sleep bundle. I left the store and wondered if I could do better, then began my internet search when I arrived home. So happy to have found DreamCloud! They not only have the best beds but also the best customer service! My bed is so dreamy and comfortable that everyone in my family wants to lay on my bed to watch TV!

I've had this mattress for a few weeks. It is incredibly comfortable. The perfect amount of firmness and enough give to not think I am sleeping on a board. I wish there were better instructions included for unpacking. It's a king size and was cumbersome. The box was pretty beat up when it arrived but no damage to the mattress. My only concern is how the edges will hold up. They are not very firm and I am hoping they do not sag over time. This was a very expensive purchase for me and I am hoping to get a good many years out of it.

Bought mattress and adjustable frame in Sept.2019 for my disabled husband .Got prompt delivery and everything was easy to assemble.He enjoyed restful sleep until the frame stopped working in March 2020.The mattress is good but not without the adjustable frame.
