Very pleased with the DreamCloud mattress we purchased. Replaced out an expensive but old Simmons mattress (20 yr) and have been getting some great sleep. The old mattress was getting a bit soft and I was getting pain points and had to toss and turn all night. The new mattress stopped all of that and no more pain in the morning. We purchased the Cal King and its too bad they didn't have an adjustable frame for it, so put it on a Tempurpedic adjustable and it works great together. Also must say their customer service was great as well. I ordered the wrong base (king) with the mattress, so let them know and they issued a no question asked return label. Didn't need to use it though, one of the kids was happy taking it off of my hands...

I have only had the mattresse for a week. So far I can't complain. It's very thick. It is a little firm. But I think that's more due too the packing and breaking in period. It is also heavy. I weight lift. If that says anything. I do like it so far. I like the point of having the bounce of a traditional mattress plus the memory foam a newer style mattress. But it's too early to say if I'm completely satisfied with it. So far so good.

This bed really has been great. 8 months later and I’m back online to buy their pillows. This bed hits the sweet spot between comfortable and supportive like advertised. I’m so glad I did my research and landed on this one. This is by far the best bed I’ve ever slept on.

I was nervous to get the bed because I wanted a med firm bed and the fact that you can't try it is very unsettling. The reviews mostly said it was too soft , and that made me nervous. When I saw how it inflating , it looked like it was filling up with air , but that's just how they are made. The first night wasn't Too bad, I got a decent sleep, only waking a few times. Since then. Every night feels like I'm sleeping on an over inflated air mattress!! I've had it about 2 months. I'm going to return it. just need to research to find another mattress . Unless I call and they make a pillow top to make it softer

I need a lot of cushion for my hips since I’m a side sleeper. But also firmness for my back. The Premier was suggested. I had three inches of memory foam on top of my old mattress. It was a bit more conforming for my body than the Premier. I think it’s a bit pricey.

After researching and reading reviews and comparing mattresses and prices, I finally ordered a Dream Cloud. We are loving it, it’s everything they claim and couldn’t be more pleased. Started sleeping better the first night and it just keeps getting better. Neck and shoulder pain almost gone, less tossing g and turning and sleeping thru the night most of the time. We are loving it.

We love our new king dreamCloud, but there is one minor thing that will hopefully resolve itself. One of the reasons we chose DreamCloud in the first place that was out of the selection of this kind of mattress out there, it was rated as the least “smelly” The instructions say to give it 3 days or so to lose the smell, but ours still smells quite strongly. Our mattress protector just arrived today so hopefully that will help. In all other ways we love the mattress, but feel a bit misled regarding the plastic-y smell

I'm so disappointed about this bed. I thought maybe it would take some time to "break-in" so I've been trying to be patient, but I haven't had a good sleep in over 2.5 weeks. Originally they were sold out and offered me a nectar option and I didn't take it because I was so excited about the DreamCloud. I wish I had taken the offer. It's been so difficult to fall asleep and stay asleep I ended up finally buying a mattress topper, which will hopefully give me some relief and maybe will help "break-in" the bed.

Previously reported desire to return due to sinking feeling on Memory Foam; wife not liking the mattress as we had a pillow top, and cervical fusion issues. Was instructed to perform measurement tests and return photos. Got called out of town on work issues and family member dying. In the meantime, as I was looking for mattress tags I went ahead and rotated mattress around to that end at the head board and both wife and I slept better. But still waking up with back pain and "hollowing out" section where I am laying. Am scheduled to start Pain Mgmt. Therapy in 2 days, however, from reading original sales advertisement did not think that it was going to be this difficult to return the mattress. My next call will be to American Express to discuss warranty issues on their purchases.

I was hesitant at first because eof negative reviews. But my mattress came in the expected delivery time. We set it up and in 24 hours slept on it. It has been great ever since. I had serious back pain after having my son and the little sleep we were getting was horrible. Now we can at least say we get quality pain free sleep. Thanks dreamcloud!
