I ordered the bundle with the premier king mattress. The bundle came quickly but it took 6 weeks for the mattress to be delivered because of a major delay. It was really difficult to bring up 2 sets of stairs because it's very heavy. However, once I started sleeping on the mattress I can tell it was exactly what I was looking for. Medium firmness and does not make me sink into the mattress.

The mattress arrived within the time promised. The box was beat up but the mattress was wrapped very well and was clean. Unpacking was fairly easy but be prepared because it is very heavy. We are sleeping well and like the mattress. Would recommend to others

I was so hoping that my sleep experience was like that of so many others, but it hasn't. My first night my hips bottomed out and there was pain. I put down some egg carton foam and that helped. So far, since getting the mattress, I have awakened with lower back pain each morning. I've tried sleeping with a pillow between my knees but that hasn't helped. Even with my backaches I find the Premier very comforting and am still experimenting to find a totally wonderful sleep. It is truly a shame that I have the problems that I do because in generally like the mattress.

The first one we got was great for about a year and a half, then they replaced it, this second version we have had only for 5 months and it has very uncomfortable indentations. I am seriously disappointed in the quality. If the second one had lasted at least as long as the first I would have felt like I got my money's worth, but as is, just get a Temperpedic, we had one of those that lasted over 7 years. Much more worth the price.

I love my bed! I tried half a dozen beds at my local mattress store and found only one that was comparable to this DreamCloud bed, but it was twice as much and without a sleep bundle. I left the store and wondered if I could do better, then began my internet search when I arrived home. So happy to have found DreamCloud! They not only have the best beds but also the best customer service! My bed is so dreamy and comfortable that everyone in my family wants to lay on my bed to watch TV!

Went through 3 mattresses in less than 2 years trying to find one that would work for my lower back pain!! The first night I slept in this bed my back pain was GONE that morning!! I have a cleaning business so I am very hard on my back through the day and all the other beds I have tried I would wake up feeling worse in the morning then I would when I laid down! This bed has helped me wake up feeling like I can move and actually gotten a good nights sleep!! I knew my mattresses weren't right because when we would go to hotels and stay my back pain would go away! Then go home and it would be right back!! I'm extremely happy with this mattress!!!! And if it doesn't (I doubt that will happen) I can return for the next year! That makes it worth it as well!

This is the best king size mattress I've owned. I really love it I've been sleeping so well. I literally fall asleep within minutes of laying down. No more sleeping with the fan on either. I'm not hot at night like I used to be with my old brand. I love that I can take the cover off and wash it even very easy and simple. It’s been 10 days since I started using my Dreamcloud. The first few days I’d wake up with some lower back ache, but it would go away once I got a stretch in. I’ll chalk that up to my body adjusting to the memory foam (this is my first mattress with it) because now I sleep so soundly and comfortably. One thing to note is that it’s a large and very heavy mattress (I got a queen) so when you first get it delivered, make sure you have more than two people to help easily carry it into your room!

After many hours researching mattresses online, I came across a blog that seemed impartial to many mattresses to buy online. It was very helpful in narrowing down my choices. What I liked about the Dream Cloud is their 365 day return policy. Buying a mattress online was very daunting but I did it. I bought the king size. I am happy with it after 30 + days. Some reviews say its like sleeping on a cloud, well I wish I knew what that is like but I can say it is a very comfortable mattress, my husband and I get a solid good night sleep, night after night. So, if you have been searching and reading reviews, go ahead and purchase this one. If you don't like it, you have plenty of time to return it. I also bought the bed frame with the gray fabric, it is very sturdy, looks great and easy to assemble.

I really wish I could write something saying how much I love my mew mattress as asked by the email I received but I still don’t have my mattress after waiting a month and a half. Every three days I continue to get a delayed shipment notice. Very frustrating.
