The suction is great and it changes easily between different types of flooring. The automatic rolling brush attachment is my favorite. This allows my to easily vacuum couches and little ones left crumbs or pulled strings from my decorative pillows. There is a separate on/off button for the powered . It's takes a sec to get used to it but once you do it's easy to remember. The one downfall and reason for the deducted star is the vacuum does go fully flat to go under chairs. If you lean to far the vacuum lifts up of the ground. This forces you to move chairs when vacuuming under the table instead of being able to go under them. I was excited about it because not only do I have a large dog who sheds a LOT, but I also have carpet, hardwood and tile in my home. The set up process was a little tricky and I had to watch a few YouTube videos to figure how to get the seal just right. My favorite part is definitely how it senses what type of flooring it is on. It saved me a lot of time. It also does a great job and empties pretty easily. I found the turning radius to be a little stiff, but otherwise, it is great for people with pets and different flooring surfaces!

We are loving this vacuum, it transitions seamlessly, but I do catch myself still going over the thresholds of the doorways a second time. I feel like it may need an half extra second to adjust that I don't give it, but really it's probably an old habit I just can't break yet! I have noticed that I am using the crevice tool significantly less around the baseboards because the vacuum head gets much closer than our other vacuum, which is a huge win for me while being pregnant. I like that I am able to do less fiddling and more cleaning! Along this line, the vacuum seems more balanced, where if I park it to help my kiddos quickly or pick something up, it isn't tipping over-unlike our other vacuum. The dump and clean canister is great, but not flawless. With having long hair, I have to bang on the canister a little because my hair gets wrapped around it (with debris) and then it typically dumps out in one big clump. Sometimes this causes a big of a dust mess outside the garbage, but my husband accuses me of not emptying the canister until it's ridiculously full and says he has no issues after he dumps each time he vacuums, so if you're not as meticulous as he is, consider this your heads up! Overall, we love the vacuum, the lack of effort and attention it needs, and it's cleaned up well after our two toddlers and two labs!

It's very simple to use and the fact that it can sense what kind of floor you're on is a game changer. I also love the light that shines on the floor so when you're in a darker room you can see what you're vacuuming. All in all this is a great vacuum that I would recommend! Gets the job done and it makes cleaning that much easier!

We previously only used a stick vacuum, but were quite surprised the first time we used this product. The amount of dirt in the canister was impressive despite weekly use of our other vacuum. This vacuum comes together quick right out of the box and attachments are easy to swap out. The vacuum maneuvers easily on carpeted and bare floors. The canister empties quickly, making clean up a breeze. Our carpets were left with that classic stripe appearance, which is exactly how we like them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum is overall a great choice for housholds with a lot of pet hair, if for nothing else but the fantastic brushroll. Unlike my other vacuums, I never have to cut hair and fur out of this one, which saves me so much time and aggravation! The ability for it to sense the floor type and automatically adjust is pretty cool and seems like it helps the brushroll function well to pick up dust, dirt, and fur. It cleans all of the different surfaces well and it makes quick work of my main floor (including both hardwood floors and rugs). Even the fine bits of dust from our remodeling projects has been picked up no problem! That said, this vacuum is not perfect and will not work be everyone's favorite. The attachments are okay, but since they are only powered by the suction of the vacuum and the performance shows that. The small rotating upholstery tool is a huge disappointment and basically non functional for me as it would get stuck on anything but the most taught of fabrics when stretched. I usually just hoist the whole vacuum up onto the couch now, as it's pretty light anyway. The other issue I ran into is how much thos vacuum pushes back dirt if you bacl over it. I assume this is due to the brushroll design and part of what makes it so effective when used in a forward motion, but it does take some getting used to regarding your vacuuming patterns. Overall I would say there are definitely some flaws, but this is a solid choice for a vacuum and a great option for pet owners with mixed surface floors! This vacuum was great for cleaning every flooring surface in our home. We have tile, carpet, and area rugs throughout our home. The vacuum automatically sensed the different types of flooring & adjusted accordingly. You can feel and hear the difference as you moved throughout the house. The vacuum is easy to move around the house. It looks sort of bulky but it glides so surprisingly smoothly, especially on tile floors. The tangle-free brush lives up to its name as well. My favorite feature of this vacuum is definitely the surface sense. My old vacuum had to manually be adjusted for different surfaces. This glides so easily from one surface to another and does a great job even picking fine dog hair out of our area rugs and the couch. I think other pet owners would be pleased as well. The only negatives are that it doesn't have a retractable cord. At this price point, I don't think that's a crazy feature to ask for. And it's bulky for the stairs. It would be nice if the canister and hose could separate to use as a smaller vacuum for things like that.

I really enjoyed testing this vacuum because I have 2 toddlers and a dog, which leaves me with a lot of crumbs and dirt on a daily basis. The vacuum was very easy to assemble and operate. It's obvious when it adjusts from hardwood to carpet, which is a nice feature for my house. The sensor feature is nice because it doesn't try to suck up area rugs like other vacuums since it senses the surface change. I love the lights on the front to illuminate any dirt or dust that I wouldn't see otherwise. The attachments are also super convenient and helpful. I love the ability to empty the dirt quickly and easily as well. I do wish the maneuverability was a little better--the vacuum is a little stiff when making turns. I also wish the vacuum could detach from the wheels in order to be a handheld vacuum. Otherwise, I really enjoyed testing this vacuum and I appreciate its ability to sense surface changes to catch all of my crumbs, dust and dirt!

My Husky's crate is the largest size and is located in the corner of my office, due to it being in the corner I always struggle to get the dog hair from behind the crate. The long wand attachment that it brought was thin enough to fit between the crate and the wall but it still had the suction power to get it all out without me having to struggle and move the crate. I love how easy it was to empty the bin out and how long the cord was. The only down side to the vacuum is that it doesn't let you bend it more than 45 degree angle before the bottom lifts from the floor. Which has made it hard to go beneath furniture without having to move everything.

This vacuum arrived just a couple of weeks after we had purchased a new vacuum for our home. All I can say is we should've held off on that other vacuum purchase. Both myself and my husband prefer this one! The vacuum was great at cleaning our tile, hardwoods and carpets. We have center floor rugs as well as carpeted stairs and the vacuum maneuvered around everything great! It tackles our dog and cat hair situation great as well. I personally love the light feature as I took the vacuum out to the car to test it out. Overall it is pretty lightweight, the attachments are fool proof, and the clean out process is simple. Great product!
