Excellent quality but overpriced

This is very good meat. Sam's Associates will cut it to your desired size & yield. They have been a hit everytime we have gotten one for entertaining.

It was very expensive and so was the prime rib. I didn’t purchase prime rib this year.

I asked the butcher if he could cut me a couple 1.5” prime fillets, he promptly told me to buy a whole loin. Since they sell it by the pound…I don’t understand the reasoning.

It was more than I wanted to spend per pound but it was a phenomenal meal.
