This was my first time ordering from Sam's Club, and overall, I must say it was a positive experience. I was impressed with the wide selection of products available and the competitive prices offered. The value for money was excellent, and the convenience of having everything delivered to my doorstep was a major plus.

The 3 pack ketchup is a staple in my home. I hope that didn’t change anytime soon because times are getting hard and products like this can become a meal breaker. My kids and I have grown up on Heinz and I love how the product stays the same for the most part

Nothing compares to Heinz's flavor and quality. Sam's offers it at a great price and then makes it eve better when it's a special value price. I use ketchup for many things including putting on baked potatoes instead of sour cream so they're less fattening. My wife adds it to sauerkraut when making it with kielbasa in the crock pot. Whenever the existing 40 oz bottle in the refrigerator gets low, I'm ordering another shipment from Sam's, which is free with my plus membership. I find that service fantastic, saving me time and gas since my nearest club is over 30 minutes away. I just wish they'd offer more of their products for delivery.

Ketchup is good, kids love it, just be careful on how you hold it. The weight distribution of three bottles onto a flimsy handle is not proportional. I had one fall off as I was picking it up and putting it into my cart reason for 1 star being off.

Completely forgot that we needed ketchup while we were in store shopping. I came home to find that there was no way we would have enough to last until our next in store trip. Thank goodness for Sam’s online and that this item was available to be shipped and not just picked up in store since we live 30 minutes away.

My family has always used Heinz Ketchup (thats 52 years for me alone). Growing up as a picky eater %26 with siblings who were also picky - %26 having a picky child of my own, Heinz is the only brand Ketchup I have ever bought. I like the two packs, but will buy single bottles too. My parents used several other Heinz products too. Heinz is a reputable company with excellent quality control, so you will always get the quality %26 taste you are expecting with their products. I definitely recommend Heinz!

Along with my order, I asked for a rotisserie chicken. Please don’t tell me that between 230 and the time that I picked it up, you didn’t have any hot rotisserie chickens. What makes me even angrier is the fact that nobody answers the phone no matter what extension you dial.

Heinz ketchup tastes good. Cheaper brands lack flavor. I use this product on homefried potatoes every morning. I like the large plastic container because it's easy to use and to squirt. Plus, if I drop it, the container won't break. I don't make much money, so I figure that if I have to eat affordable potatoes at least I can cover them with good tasting ketchup. It's a small thing, but it makes life better.

I'm not sure how to review this, naturally I love Heinz Ketchup but I absolutely hate that they have changed the spout (Years Ago) from the long thin neck. I simply cannot squeeze just a little out, it always come out in a big glob and then a thin line.

Again, they product was in okay shape and the price was good. Packing, shipping was poor. It is a 2-pack connected together. When it arrived it was no longer hooked together. They both were loose floating around the box. One upside down and the other on its side. In the past I have seen things like this inide a plastic bag in case of damage to the bottle. Luckily, there was not punctures but as there were cans in the box too that were floating around with little packaging. On top of that Fed Ex was not real careful with it. Box was dented on the side.
