Fridge fit with a squeezable cap is the most convenient way for ketchup. I also go for Heinz ketchup because it is my trusted brand, its been in my fridge since I was a kid. Theres always one in the fridge with a spare in the pantry, maybe even two extras!

I put ketchup on everything. Meat, mac & cheese, fried pickles, in my meatloaf, you name it I probably eat ketchup on it. My family always mocks me because I always have to have a back up Heinz ketchup in our pantry in case we run out of the one in the fridge. This ketchup is my go too ketchup brand. I love the whataburger ketchup because it's spicy and it's great but this comes right in second because it's the 2nd best that I can get. It isn't too salty to me which is important since I can always add more salt to it if I want.

I dont eat mustard but the Heinz brand ketchup is the only brand i will use! If my blood volume is low and i need salt immediately, ill carry ketchup packs on me, but my favorite way to use ketchup is by dipping my grilled cheese and tomato sandwich in it!!
