[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lifetime makes fantastic products all the way around! This is our second jungle gym we've bought from them. The first was in the backyard of our first home and I had every intention on taking it with us when we moved, but the buyers wanted it to stay with the house. We bought this set for our new home and it is just as wonderful. Get help when putting it together though!

We absolutely love the finished product! It's a miracle we made it to that. The build was a nightmare and I don't believe for a second anyone that says they built this in a day! The instructions are not the best, there is a lot of guessing. Still much rather have spent several days over a week or two in a team of three to build this than spend $650 on installation. It is sturdy, fun and all around a great playset for big and little kids alike!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the adventure tower monkey bar set. I bought from an online seller not direct and had shipping date pushed closer to Xmas date. The online seller held the package with one of there “shippers”, and they totally ruined the crate and some of the large exterior pieces and slide three days before Xmas. Not lifetimes fault or responsibility at all. I called just to see about cost of parts for the online seller to replace and give a refund for parts. Instead lifetime shipped all new parts immediately for free even though it had nothing at all to do with them. Had the online seller give a discount for the extra work and hassle and for not being done on Xmas too yayyy! Set is built now and is very nice very sturdy even for my 200 lb dad weight. Kids love it. Like having a commercial set in your backyard. Also wanted to note I saw some reviews saying instructions were tricky are not detailed enough. I found zero problems with instructions I thought they were detailed enough, only thing I would say is just pay attention to picture so you know which post is which by the screw holes at the top. There was even scan icons for how to videos on each section I didn't even need to use. Customer service was so quick no hold no hassle that alone is something hard to find now and makes me feel better about the purchase and the future of owning the play set.

This a great play set for our children 1,4&6. The material is good quality and we set it up on the grass. We had to hire somebody to put it together which took 2 people over two days. It seemed too complicated for us, but we are not very handy. I think the kids will enjoy it for years to come. We also ordered a baby swing to replace the trapeze bar. The kids are very happy!

Purchased this in May 2018. I have 6 grand kids and so far no major problems. The steering wheel bolt broke. Replacement bolts and nuts were ordered and on the way. I could not find the bolts or nuts at any hardware stores. Lifetime replaced the bolts and nuts free of charge. Nice!

We had an issue with the Lifetime play-set we purchased from a friend and reached out to customer service in attempts to get resolve the issue. Though the problem had absolutely nothing to do with the company or product itself (just a missing part), our customer service rep, Ammon, was incredibly helpful, very pleasant, and went above and beyond to help us with getting the part we needed. Thanks so much for your help! Stay safe!

We bought this playset for our grandchildren. It took my husband a week to assemble it (with occasional help from others) and there were a few glitches along the way. Directions need to be more clearly written and diagrams better. The orientation of the floor supports for the tower are not clearly indicated, therefore the floor was not installed in the proper orientation. This necessitated some modifications when attaching the slide and ladder. All in all it is a great set which our grandchildren will enjoy for many years. Just be sure to have plenty of patience and tools for the assembly!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Assembly was a real pain because I had to loosen screws then retighten frequently to get stuff lined up right. Had my mother and law and me on top while putting the roof on and didn't see any issue with that much weight. Doesn't move at all when kids swing.

We just assembled this play-set so it hasn't yet stood the test of time and hard play, but it certainly seems sturdy and well-built. Kids love it! We really like that there will never be splintering wood, and the bolts are smooth and kid-friendly. The directions are clear, and nearly all of the parts are well labeled. We found reading other customers' reviews to be more helpful than the videos. My farmer-husband and I are near 70 but physically fit, and we completed it in a hot 3 day weekend. Folks with a time-crunch could do it in less time, but we were not trying to rush. We saved putting the roof on for the very last as we did need two more adults to help hold it up. The main thing that didn't work were the 10 holes in the platform that were supposed to match up with the supporting beams below. We drilled the holes in the marked depressions as directed, but when the platform was placed on the horizontal metal supports, the holes didn't line up with metal below. My husband bent four 8" pieces of angle iron into L shapes and secured the platform down with 2" sheet metal screws (5/16") at the 4 main poles. Attaching the collar of the swing beam bar to the tower pole was challenging. We tried everything to get the holes to line up, but finally had to slightly enlarge one of the holes with a drill.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This thing is a beast to put together. Make sure you have a ton of time to put this together if you are going to do it yourself. If you have the money to have it put together by professionals I would recommend going that route and saving the stress that is caused by this for something more important. Instructions are clear and the playset is awesome. My 6yr old loves it and uses it everyday its not raining.
