Our Grandkids are enjoying this playset immensely. One big gripe is they did not send enough of the bolts and nuts required to assemble. My husband and son had to make trips to the hardware store to buy additional hardware which delayed the completion. Now that it is together, it seems to be good quality and the kids ages 7, 5 and 2 really like it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This playset is a hit! My kids love everything about it. We had a BBQ and my teenage son and 3 men put it together in an evening. I was amazed they assembled it so quickly. I think my kids would live in it if they could!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this adventure tower last spring, finally got it assembled in August, and found we were missing parts. The company was wonderful in replacing the parts free of charge, great to do business with this company!

We looked at several different swing sets for our 3 kids (14, 6, 1). We ended up going with this one because the deck was higher so we felt like the kids would to use it for more years than the smaller ones. It being metal means no yearly maintenance. Delivery was super simple thanks to Estes. All the parts were there. It is a bear to put together. It was just me and my husband and it took us about a week working on it for several hours a day! Overall, great quality and all of our kids really enjoy it.

We bought this set for our grandchildren to play on when they come visit. We have seven ages 13, 12, 4, 4, 3, 16mo. and 1. It gets lots of use. A storm came through and lifted the set bending the fire pole upon landing. Even in the midst of this crazy pandemic this company not only replied to my email requesting a way to purchase a new pole....they are sending us a new pole at no charge!!! (By the way, turns out that storm not only lifted our playground but uprooted a giant magnolia tree from our neighbors yard a few acres back, it was a doozy). The kids all love playing on this set and we anticipate even the 1 year having many more years of play on it!

Great/sturdy play set, fairly easy to put together—really loved the fact that all nuts/bolts were either the same size Allen wrench or socket. That made things very simple and much faster than they could've been. As other reviews have stated, there are a few areas in the directions that could be more clear/precise as to exactly where a piece goes. I had to move a couple things around when I got to later steps and needed to attach pieces—went back to check and make sure I hadn't missed directions only to find that there were no clear directions on where it should've gone. Other than that, my wife and I put it together by ourselves (with help from our kids) and we did not come close to killing each other or become alcoholics so I'm calling that a win. Took around 20ish hours, I was by myself for probably half of that.

We bought this about a month ago. Delivery was much faster than anticipated and the delivery guy was great! The playset is massive and took my husband and I approximately 10 hours over the course of three days to assemble. We followed the directions to a tee and had no problems at all! It's great quality and very well made! Our daughter loves it!!! Thank you Sams for a great product!!

Playset is well designed for play, except for the ladder. That is a bit precarious. assembly is a mixed bag. The manual was good most of the time, but lacked some key details that would have made things easier. I had to figure some stuff out on my own. Fortunately, I'm pretty handy, but thise with less construction experience may need to seek help. The videos on Youtube helped too. Some holes don't quite line up and some bolts are way too short. I had to muscle a few things or dip into the extra hardware bag to make something up that would work. Assembly took me about seven hours alone. It might have gone faster if I wasn't alone and it wasn't 20F outside. I would definitely buy this again though.

My kids love this swing set. They love there is a trapeze and the fire pole. They have had lots of fun playing on it. I will say it took about 10 hours to assemble. And the hardware that was used was not the easiest to get together. The bolts are male and female that meet in the middle of the poles. So you are blindly trying to get them to meet. Then you have to use Allen wrenches to tighten. A huge pain!!! But we were able to get it put together in a very long day. My advice it to look at the videos as you assemble. Helps a lot.

It's sturdy and fairly easy to put together. I did it by myself, a few hours a day, over a week. Kids love it. Some rusting here and there, but I'm pretty sure it will hold up for years to come. Kids love it. Customer service top notch. Missing few screws but they delivered quickly and friendly. A+++
