True Lemon tastes more like lemon than "Realemon"... i love the packets although eventually they do solidify. I wish i could keep it granular forever.

It's the best tasting lemon except for actually using the fresh variety on the market today. I use it anywhere I would use fresh lemon and it works beautifully every time.
