[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use quite a few of the True citrus products and love them all but the True Lemon is extremely versatile. I use it in a lot of my recipes as I don't usually have fresh lemon on hand.

It's the best tasting lemon except for actually using the fresh variety on the market today. I use it anywhere I would use fresh lemon and it works beautifully every time.

While the base falvor (Crystallized Lemon) is not as falovorful as the lemonade offerings, the simplicity of the ingredients makes it a great addition to a glass of water.

Love this product… for cooking for baking and adding to water . Was also amazed at how well a light sprinkle of cut fruit ( a peach) never discolored.

If you're looking to add lemon zest or flavor to your drinks, baking or cooking, just add one of these packets. They also have them in other stores with raspberry & other flavors added to the lemon. There is no added sugar.

I love the crystallized lemon. I use it in my water, but also for cooking and it’s particularly excellent on grilled fish. It’s just like squeezing some fresh lemon right into something.

I love making iced tea to drink at work, but hate it without lemon. True Lemon makes it easy; it is portable, dissolves quickly & adds delicious flavor to my tea every day. I have introduced it to several coworkers who are all hooked as well!
