Prime Rib was very tender and delicious. It was a hit at party.

Reasonably priced and very easy to prepare. Liked the seasoning - not too salty.

Good cut of prime rib, but it is overcooked. Because it starts out medium, it is well-done once heated.

I buy one of these every year right after thanksgiving for Christmas. Bought it again the week after thanksgiving but this year I think it went bad. The family has gotten sick after having it on Christmas. Will not buy it again so early.

I only gave it 4 stars because it was over cooked even thought I followed the directions and used a leave in thermometer with an alarm. I cooked it to 125 and it was more like medium than medium rare. That taste and tenderness was fine.

This made the holiday easy and delicious. We were all impressed with the taste and will buy it again! Our guests enjoyed as well. I was skeptical but I was wrong.

Have bought this prime rib for the last several Christmas Eve dinners. Somewhat disappointed this year. Roast was extremely fatty and a little bland. Bought two and hope the second one is better.
