I purchased the prime rib in the past during the holidays. This year I just wasn’t a fan of the taste of it.

This prime rib was delicious. My family loved how tasty and moist it turned out. It’s going to be a new Christmas Eve family meal going forward.

It's usually a hectic time trying to time a 15# prime rib. Last year I used this primme rib and cooked it sous vide for 8 hours at 122 degrees. It turned out perfect and no need to monitoor the rib. Definitely a winner!

I buy this prime rib roast every year for my sons around Christmas. They really enjoy it. This year, they had the roast and also made steak stromboli. The roast and the stromboli were excellent.

This prime rib is "smoked". To me it tasted like ham. Sam's used to sell a pre-cooked prime rib (no smoked) that was delicious. I wish they would sell that again. I would not recommend this smoked variety.

Was a bit over 5lbs, heated @275 for about 90 minutes per package directions. The smoke flavor was very slight but extremely tasty. Enjoyed thoroughly with horseradish sauce.

Very fatty. I know prime rib is fatty, but I don’t like to pay for something I’m going to throw in the trash. It could have been trimmed somewhat. Smokey. If you’re not a fan of smoked foods, then you won’t enjoy it.

This was ok. My family said they liked it. I felt like there was decent flavor but it was sorta dry. It could be my cooking skills...but I followed package directions to a T. But in order to get the right temp as indicated in directions, it took longer than package directions, which could be why it dried out. But I doubt I’ll get this again.

This prince rub was so disappointing! Purchased for Christmas dinner and no one ate it! The cooking instructions were incorrect saying medium rare was 130 degrees. This resulted in a medium well roast, not optimal for prime rib. The meat also had a very funny texture on the inside, almost like ham. Not good and not buying again. Waste of $100!

It was OK. Over cooked as far as I was concerned. I didn't even warm it up the way it said too or the whole thing would have kept cooking more and more. I just cut servings and warmed that way. It tastes OK but for the price $89 I wouldn't buy it again.
