Supple and not brittle which indicates the best!

I haven't tried them yest but they appear to be fresh, dried but flexible.

They where great for tamales and enchiladas.

It looked good on the outside, but inside all the chiles were moldy.

These are pretty good when making enchiladas, not spicy and making other mexican dishes .

A little pricey, buy fresh

These peppers added a great flavor to our dish !

Loved the first 2 bags I had ordered so I ordered 2 more. The last 2 bags were in a different packaging and were not the same quality. I was dissapointed.
