Wow!!

I bought these because we just started camping again and I wanted dried peppers for ease of use and packing. At first I just threw a few in with a dish and cooked. Meh. Then I figured out if you cover them with water and simmer, you get the peppers and seasoned water! I made an out of this world enchilada sauce this weekend!! I can see these will be a staple now. So many old dishes I can make pop with these!!!

I was very happy to find these at sams since they were very cheap compared to mexican grocery stores for a large quantity. I wish they carried them at all sams locations, not just in the hispanic areas.
