I buy these three and four at a time as I try a lot for my youth football team and this oil is amazing!! It’s light and easy to cook with, as long as you know how to fry. Being that it’s light, it will burn quickly if left unattended or used at a top high heat.

This oil performs its job exceedingly well. It stays in the vessel that you pour it i to. When that vessel is turned on, the oil heats nicely to the set temperature.i have only used the oil per manufacturer instructions, and the food fried nicely. I am sure though if you wanted to use it to fry other things it would work equally well. You could probably use it on a slip and slide as well. The possibilities are endless.
