I have used this oil in my deep fryer on many occasions to deep fry fish. This time we used it to do our Thanksgiving turkey. It worked great. Our only problem was the 21lb bird was a little too big for our fryer. The bird turned out tasty and moist.

I found this oil at Sam’s. I had purchased some catfish fillets and wasn’t sure what kind of oil I needed. Heated the oil in a propane fryer to 350 degrees and lowered fish into oil. Cooked until fish floated in oil. Let drain on rack. Tasted great with no excessive oil on fish.

The oil was used to fry chicken wings and French fries at a community Easter event. The temperature was constant without smoke or burning the food. Everyone that had the food was very pleased with the taste and appearance of the food. Very good quality.

Works just as well as higher priced oils, and costs less.
