This oil is LEGIT! I fried 20lbs of wings and then another 25lbs of fish. The oil cooked clean through all of that! I still have 3/4 of unused oil to use! GREAT BUY

I found this oil at Sam’s. I had purchased some catfish fillets and wasn’t sure what kind of oil I needed. Heated the oil in a propane fryer to 350 degrees and lowered fish into oil. Cooked until fish floated in oil. Let drain on rack. Tasted great with no excessive oil on fish.

I have used this oil in my deep fryer on many occasions to deep fry fish. This time we used it to do our Thanksgiving turkey. It worked great. Our only problem was the 21lb bird was a little too big for our fryer. The bird turned out tasty and moist.

The oil was used to fry chicken wings and French fries at a community Easter event. The temperature was constant without smoke or burning the food. Everyone that had the food was very pleased with the taste and appearance of the food. Very good quality.

Love this product, have used it for many years. Now they don’t carry it along with a lot of items I need for my café. Seems like sams no longer wants to deal with small businesses. They have quit selling almost everything I purchased from them.

The products works as it says fried food clean, and it doesn't smoke at 400°. That's what I needed. It works fine.

When cook more goods the color change quickly to darker,I used this kind of oils many years is good,but now something not same oils

Didn't get hot enough for turkey to cook, smoked a lot and oil left terrible oil smell on turkey and not to mention dried my turkey I went cheap since louAna was so expensive. Never again. Ruined my TG day. Don't buy
