This oil we use in our deep fryer because of the high smoke point and it definitely works great. I’d recommend this oil for deep frying and for foods that you’re cooking that need a high temp sear such as a stir fry.

After shopping around to see if I could beat the price, I found this to be the best price for the quantity of oil I am getting. I have used this oil for many years and it does what it says.

Years ago I was torn between Peanut $$$ & Clear $ Oil. A fellow customer was purchasing 3 jugs of Clear Oil and advised me to try it. I have never purchased Peanut Oil again. Clear Oil is my go-to for all frying now...
