Excellent beef

The quality is unmatched for the money. Bought these often until they decided you had to buy them in a 2-pack. (Typical Sam's life time supply packaging.) Too much beef for my freezer on top of the refrigerator. Its a 20+ cubic foot unit but with all the other commodities you typically freeze space is at a premium. Now I just spend a little more and get 4 really nice ones precut. No membranes or silver skin either.

Mine came 2 to a bag. Very little trimming of silverskin and chain

Little higher than I thought it would be but with transportation costs I get it (to SOME degree)

Seemed very expensive! Bought anyway. Haven’t prepared it yet. Hope it holds up to Sam’s meat quality. Serving it Christmas Day.
