It easy to season, holds the flavor well & doesn't leave my tummy feeling heavy like with other meat. The only thing is I wished it came in a somewhat bigger size for those large family gatherings.

The packaging is really nice and clean looking, the meat is easy to shape and cook, and it's about the perfect amount for two burgers! Usually buy the 3 pound 93% lean and the texture is usually soft when cooked but twice I have noticed a tougher texture like a ground turkey breast or ground chicken breast. There is even a difference in color, raw and after cooking it has a lighter color than usual. I noticed only the times I bought it when it had a lighter color is when the texture is tougher.
