Whether we're barbecuing hamburgers, making meatballs , taco salad or chili - this is the best ground turkey I've ever found! Lean meat with great flavour and quality that is always reliable . Jennie O ground turkey is a heart healthy menu lifesaver!

Usually buy the 3 pound 93% lean and the texture is usually soft when cooked but twice I have noticed a tougher texture like a ground turkey breast or ground chicken breast. There is even a difference in color, raw and after cooking it has a lighter color than usual. I noticed only the times I bought it when it had a lighter color is when the texture is tougher.
