[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All my favorite guilt foods are based in ground beef; cheeseburgers, tacos, meatball subs - YUM! Subbing in Jennie-O's ground turkey as the base is such as a simple switch that gives you all the joy of junk food and none of the guilt!

Ground turkey sounds like a healthy alternative.....until there are bone fragments in every bite. I've bought JennieO turkey before and had bone pieces in my spaghetti sauce, but thought I'd give the product another shot....NOPE! My turkey chili is ruined due to this awful company who obviously doesn't care about its product quality or the people who consume their food. Well, NO MORE! I will no longer be buying anything related to JennieO or Hormel and will tell everyone I know to do the same.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use the ground turkey in lasagna, burgers, cabbage rolls,and just loose seasoned meat. We also add it to ground venison, and that makes the best hamburgers in the world. We just love JennieO ground turkey.

The ground turkey meat has a great taste to it probably because of what is being fed to the turkeys. I use this meat for everything from spaghetti, lasagne, burgers, meat balls and chili's. I would give this meat a five out of five stars. It always taste fresh. It also comes in a container that's easily recycled.

The ground turkey is our favorite during Fall. We all it to Chili, Spaghetti Squash, Dips, and Stuffing. The Turkey sausage is amazing too, we grill or broil it and serve with garden fresh veggies and potatoes. Or on a bun with a side of beans and slaw.

Usually buy the 3 pound 93% lean and the texture is usually soft when cooked but twice I have noticed a tougher texture like a ground turkey breast or ground chicken breast. There is even a difference in color, raw and after cooking it has a lighter color than usual. I noticed only the times I bought it when it had a lighter color is when the texture is tougher.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I make a fantastic turkey veggie soup - brown the Jennie-O ground turkey and add canned veggies (corn, green beans, black beans, chick peas) INCLUDING the liquid. Also add one large can of kitchen ready tomatoes. Add fresh onion and spices like oregano, basil and garlic. Super easy and delicious!

I bought the 1 lb. frozen Jennie O ground turkey many times and was never disappointed. I feel it is much healthier than fatty hamburger, too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use it for tacos, Sloppy Joes, hamburgers, meatloaf anything I can think of. Jennieos is great tasting and mixes well with recipes. I have told family friends and people that are looking for ground turkey at the grocery store . Have told them to try it and you won't be let down. I know a lot of people are starting to stop eating beef and pork and starting to eat Jennieos and not ground chicken. I have bit down on grisl on other brands of turkey as well with chicken. I have explained this to people and when we (other people) talk about great ground meat. Jennieo's is higher quality.
